I was doing DoorDash and they stop accepting my order because they do not know how to properly follow directions on how to make food or pick the correct Donut. The staff there was rude they suck

Its pretty good except you barely get any bacon. Other locations give you a bit more or alot more than the right amount. Here you either get 6 tiny pieces that dont even equal a full 6 strips, or you get maybe 3 pieces. For the price there is no point of going to this location unless its a legit food emergency and you are ok with getting ripped off. Sad

This place is absolutely incompetent there customer service is horrible they never have stuff done and ready when there supposed to and there always one of the last Dunkin’s in the state to get new flavors and sandwiches and donuts they are so behind this is probably if not the worst easily top 10 worst Dunkin’s in the whole country

Normal Dunkin but the service was so bad like the lady put my donut UPSIDE DOWN in the bag like who tf does that? All the crème was smeared and my day was ruined. On top of that I asked for a medium and she gave me a small. ? 0/10 service

Dont even bother going in here, just go to the other Dunkin down the street. There were 3 people working and it still took more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order. They got my coffee wrong and gave me decaf, instead of remaking it the employee literally removed the sticker like I can’t tell the difference and she handed me the same exact decaf coffee instead. Y’all are lazy out here, good try though.

Went through the drive thru to get a flavored latte, Had to go back in line because it wasn't made right and was bitter. Now I had just bought 2 coffees, a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns and left a tip. I nicely explained what had happened and they would they give me a new one. The young lady who was at the window was not the best with customer service though. When I first came up and she saw me then I mentioned about the coffee I got a "tsk" When I asked if they could take the incorrect one back to toss she said no, can't take it back. But there is no receptacle outside. And then I get told "I don't know what to tell you" And rolled her eyes. I understand that it's morning and you're busy, but I've worked in retail and in coffee shops and this is not how you do it. So I left unhappy and had just drank the other coffee and it is still bitter. Sigh. It was an incredibly frustrating experience.

Best dunkin around now. Used to come here a year or 2 ago & it was terrible. Gave it another shot after the one on academy slowly went downhill this last year. Glad I decided to come back here because I was just about ready to give up on dunks. Always friendly, everything always tastes fresh & if there’s ever an issue they are genuinely concerned about fixing it for you.
Parking: There’s a hidden lot in back.. otherwise it’s a hit or miss for the street parking.. especially during school start and en times
