This store is always horrible, I live a minute away and have to take a 10 minute drive to a different one! This store is always unprofessional, unfriendly like & RUDE ! They don’t know how to properly make sandwiches or coffee. Dunkin please do better.

Seems like the only dunkin left that their ice coffee doesn’t just taste like water. Idk if it’s because this one isn’t like the newer ones with the coffee that comes out the handles, but either way it’s the only dunkin I’ll go to now.. sad, because it’s out of the way when I’m heading to work but I’d rather do the extra traveling then throw my money away. Dunkin needs to fix these other locations

I come in and was ignored. Customer service is terrible. Then to have someone who is sick making my drink and grabbing my donut is unsanitary. The sick employee was not wearing her mask all the way. She was touching her nose and then touching cups with her bare hands. That’s not okay. I left my drink, a drink I paid for rather than making anyone uncomfortable. But overall this shouldn’t happen at all.

This was my first time at this location. The girl putting orders on the shelf was half saying orders half not. So, for two of them, I turned the cups from the bottom to see the orders. I saw one with my name on it and the girl behind the counter proceeds to say “ma’am, that isn’t yours.” What a statement when I just checked to see that it was mine. I stated my name and showed her the label and she still didn’t believe me saying that it isn’t and tried to repeat what I ordered. Very odd experience. I work two seconds away but rest assured, I don’t like McDonalds but I’ll get their meals and coffee anyway now. Or go to my regular Starbucks. They’re super busy but always super nice and respectful

Can someone PLEASE tell me why these girls who work here are always SOOO rude?!? I’m sorry if you hate your job but it’s not because of me…I always say I’m never going back to this location but it’s close and once in a while in a pinch it’s the easiest way. But I swear, NEVER again. I’m so over there attitude. And the coffees suck.

Their coffee is horrible, it's luke warm at best. The manager was observed stuffing munchkins into his mouth while bent over getting mine. It's a good thing they were for my dog as I wouldn't eat anything from here after seeing that!

Just went thru and ordered a shot iced coffee (because it is sugar free) they made it with a swirl which is fine, I let them know and asked for it to be remade again and they made it with the swirl again and then closed the window and would not come back. 0/10 lmao incompetent

Supper bad customer service. We purchased food from here and they took advantage of money from blind people. They tipped themselves without asking if tipping was okay. They only told us our food amount without the tip. This is ridiculous. And on top of that they didn’t pack one of our drinks in the to go bag and said everything was there. As 1 blond person this is not acceptable.
