An amazing worker help me and my kids this am at the Dunkin in Plainfield street. Her name was Kathy, people like her should be hired more often. She really care on how I wanted my coffee. She took her time to pay attention to what my son wanted. I will really recommend this Dunkin! Thank you Kathy you rock

I go here because it’s convenient, 2 minutes from me but I’ll be going to another location from now on. Despite the store not being super busy, they got my order wrong… TWICE! A lot of attitude, professionalism is thrown out the window in this Dunkin.

I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich and when I tried it it seemed like the egg was washed. Maybe they dropped it on the floor and then washed it because there was even water in it, it was really unpleasant.

I always go to this Dunkin with no issues at all, but I went this morning at around 830-9:00 or so and I went to pay with cash and they wouldn’t take it because it had holes in them. Last I checked if it’s more than 50% of a bill its still usable. Let alone the bill wasn’t missing any pieces, it just had holes in them. It wasn’t a lot, or any major ones they were small.

Ordered food, drove up to window, handed incorrect food. Even after I mentioned it being wrong, they still gave me a new incorrect order.

Placed an order through the app and usually it sends a confirmation page that your order was placed but because I didn’t see the confirmation page after, I placed another order, then the confirmation page showed. when I realize i placed two of the same order, I tried to explain in the drive-through, employee couldn’t make a refund so she had to call the manager, when I tried to explain what happened to the manager he said “well that’s not my fault”. I am not sure where, in my explanation that I am blaming the manager or any other employees. I clearly stated the app did not show a confirmation, which is why I placed another order. The manager attempted to help but because there was no “active card” on the app, I used Apple Pay to make the payment, I just thought , forget it next time I’ll be more careful when ordering on the app, because the workers and the manager did not look like they really wanted to help me.

I ordered 2 toasted croissants with cheese and snackin bacon and these people tried to charge me $12. Manager on duty Saturday morning 2/10/24 was very persistent about charging me for 2 egg & cheese croissants minus the egg & cheese?! I'm perplexed as to why? I ask the lady at window how much was the croissant, $2.68 she stated. She asked the manager again and he and another lady were SASSY in the back about the price, and I'm like that's wrong? Do you charge extra when u slice and cut bagels or something bc I'm confused how something Ive ordered many many many times thats always under $8 become an extra $6? Thats is very unfair to take advantage of people!
