I ordered a large 2 cream 2 sugar and my entire coffee is white. Bruh this is embarrassing walking around like I’m drinking a large cup of milk. Hope you run out of creamer doing this.

I sometimes go to this Dunkin in the morning and it’s always something. Either the bagels are stale, they put a brick of cream cheese or a small smear, the sandwich/ hash browns are cold, or they get the coffee wrong. Seriously hate stoping by this dunkin in the mornings and try my best to avoid it. I had a situation last week in particular where an employee intentionally gave me the wrong coffee order out of spite because I asked that they correct a minor thing. Im not a confrontational person so when these things happen, I don’t say anything and then it honestly just ruins my day. I am nothing but respectful to them so I don’t understand why they are always so miserable. Someone honestly needs to go back and train them.

Run out Quickly of donuts and munchkin by like 10am! Seriously 😒 also can’t even get an easy order right! Order hot tea and was given hot coffee when it clearly said it on the cup itself. 🙄

The staff is cordial and very polite. The manager suffers from Assholitis Syndrome
very immature teenagers who give a lot of attitude. one of them said with the biggest attitude “i guess we’re the only dunkin in the world right now”, there was only one car in the drive thru and me inside. 2 customers… the same one yelled “WOOO” when we decided to leave because we only came for a maple donut which they didn’t have lol. countless cussing infront of customers. this was my first and last time at this location. this was ALL the closing shift on january 11, 8:34pm

An amazing worker help me and my kids this am at the Dunkin in Plainfield street. Her name was Kathy, people like her should be hired more often. She really care on how I wanted my coffee. She took her time to pay attention to what my son wanted. I will really recommend this Dunkin! Thank you Kathy you rock

I go here because it’s convenient, 2 minutes from me but I’ll be going to another location from now on. Despite the store not being super busy, they got my order wrong… TWICE! A lot of attitude, professionalism is thrown out the window in this Dunkin.
