Over the past couple of months, the customer service at the specific location has been horrible. There has been workers there talking about marijuana while there’s customers in line just now respecting customers who are paying out of pocket.

Today is Sunday, which is not too busy at Dunkin’ Donuts any other week, but there is a marathon going on in a line was outrageous and there was two ladies working. I wanna shout out, SANDY SHE IS AN A1 WORKER!❣️ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. SHE HELD HER COMPOSURE AND TOOK CARE OF THE LINE AS QUICKLY AS EFFICIENT AS POSSIBLE. SHE CERTAINLY DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THE OUTSTANDING WORK THAT SHE HAS DONE OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS I HAVE NOTICED..
SINCERELY, APPRECIATE HER! Deserves to be the manager 100%

Late to open every morning. Today waited until 5 10 a guy orders his coffee and food on the phone she makes it unlocks the door hands it to him and said shes not open yet. And locks the door. I get the bus at 515 so i couldnt wait. But lady you made his coffee and food thats wasnt right.

Gross ! Very sad this Place is dirty i went in around 9am workers goofing around talking this place should be shut down its just down right dirty so sloppy . There’s plenty of other places downtown to grab breakfast save your money !

If I could give a 0 star I would and I never write reviews!Im not picky I work downtown with a lot of people and spread the word to ALL of them ! BUT this Dunkin is so disappointing the manager Ellen Is very rude smells like cigarettes her and a select few always just sitting there on their cell phones while 1 person works . Not professional i don’t know where they hired these people from . There constantly outside on the side of the building smoking seen them come back in and not 1 even washed their hands first !! I mean this is a small place come on take care of your customers . Coffees are always messed up and made half fast Save your time and money !!!

There used to be seating and there used to be an alleyway that let you easily walk here from Kennedy Plaza, but the idea that a homeless person could walk through or sit down was too upsetting for their corporate image, so both are gone mow.

I love dunkin, but EVERY TIME I have been to this one my order has been messed up. The staff is not trained well at all. The only good employee and the girl with red hair. She works really hard and always makes my coffee right. The rest seem confused.

I do not know if he is Dominican or what but his customer service is trash!!! Two ladies ask for a straw you give it to them immediately. I ask and you literally ignore me knowing you heard me.Thank you to the sister who helped me with a straw. Thank you to the white dude who has good customer service. I am new from mass and I been treating everyone with respect around here because I am not from here. Second time I came to this DD (I say thank you out of good gesture and he act like he got a problem)and this guy act like he has a problem but obviously not with woman(overly smile smh)Step up your customer service skills and I will not be going to this DD. I will go to the other one where they all know how to treat customers!

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Purchased a Boston cream donut. Bit into it, no filling. Went back in with receipt and explained the issue. Was met with anger and hostility by one of the least friendly workers I have ever met in any store or restaurant. She began to become loud and escalated things To the point where she left her shift and approached me outside, where her and a male who claimed to be the "manager" threatened to fight me. Never have I experienced such a situation over absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable and corporate will be contacted. This is not how employees should be acting towards customers and this needs to be addressed. I will not be visiting this location and I will advise everyone that will listen not to visit this horrid excuse for a Dunkin.
