I do not know if he is Dominican or what but his customer service is trash!!! Two ladies ask for a straw you give it to them immediately. I ask and you literally ignore me knowing you heard me.Thank you to the sister who helped me with a straw. Thank you to the white dude who has good customer service. I am new from mass and I been treating everyone with respect around here because I am not from here. Second time I came to this DD (I say thank you out of good gesture and he act like he got a problem)and this guy act like he has a problem but obviously not with woman(overly smile smh)Step up your customer service skills and I will not be going to this DD. I will go to the other one where they all know how to treat customers!

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Purchased a Boston cream donut. Bit into it, no filling. Went back in with receipt and explained the issue. Was met with anger and hostility by one of the least friendly workers I have ever met in any store or restaurant. She began to become loud and escalated things To the point where she left her shift and approached me outside, where her and a male who claimed to be the "manager" threatened to fight me. Never have I experienced such a situation over absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable and corporate will be contacted. This is not how employees should be acting towards customers and this needs to be addressed. I will not be visiting this location and I will advise everyone that will listen not to visit this horrid excuse for a Dunkin.

I went in there to charge my phone really quick so I could access my cashapp to buy a coffee and the manager was really rude , telling me to leave not once but twice like I didn’t hear her the first time and when she told me to leave I was on the phone as well. Get better customer service or don’t work at all because that was uncalled for.

Can she was very helpful in friendly. The pushing making the food was completely brainless.. I ordered a bagel with butter toasted butter on both sides and extra butter. What would I paid for. She put butter on one side and barely any at all. Hello, dear of extra butter was too pad, so butter. We want to bother she put on my bagel plus what She gave me in the bag equals the Normal amount of Butter for a bagel. Is woman isn't idiot and requires reach raining. As much as I like Dunkin' Donuts and I prefer it over. Starbucks or any other coffee shop? I will not be shutting foot in that dump and balance. Ever again, my experience was a troches horrible and disgusting.
Barebones dunkins but super fast workers and quick service. No drive-thru or dine in, just a pit stop dunks.
