got to intercom, didn’t even get to finish my sentence while ordering because girl said “okay you could pull up” then when I actually got my coffee there was zero almond milk in it& was charged for 3x almond milk. Don’t see option to add photos but i took pics. I think Kayla was her name.

Dunkin’ Donuts is my go-to for coffee and breakfast! The coffee is consistently great, and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The staff is always friendly, and service is quick, even during busy times. I love the variety of donuts—there’s always something new to try!

Went this morning to this DD and asked for two Dunkin’s Meal Deal. Food was soggy and raw. Drinks tasted like water down coffee. Driving back home I stopped at another DD on Academy ave and they had to re make my order.

This Dunkin SUCKS. The service is beyond slow, and they can't cook food to save their damn life. not to mention all the ice coffee here tastes flavored even though it's not. So sick of coming here to get a crappy coffee, or crappy under cooked or overcooked food. Hell of a way to start your day off on the wrong foot. I'll now drive out of my way to avoid this place.

The manager will ask if you want anything else and sigh, she is extremely unprofessional and makes my experience at that dunkin worse, she talks over people and will give you an attitude just trying to order you meal

Was told I'd be charged for two beverages for a single beverage. Proceeded to try to speak to a manager for clarification and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me constantly not allowing me to voice my concerns at all. By far the least professional dunkin I've ever been to.
If I was the franchise owner of this dunkin I'd be appalled by the complete incompetence.

I ordered a medium iced latte with one pump of caramel, oat milk and cold foam, and this is what they gave me????? Anyone who knows coffee knows they just by looking at this, it’s not right, and I also ordered a ham and Swiss croissant stuffer which was completely frozen… the employees were extremely unprofessional and laughing and talking in different fake accents every time they opened the window… I emailed corporate and they apologized but told me I have to go in in person and show them the email to get a refund which is bogus to me.
