By far the worst Dunkin in the nation…The laziest crew always talking to themselves wearing street clothes and constantly messing customers orders, or having them wait for unreasonable time.Who ever own this location need to apologise and chut it down

So almost every time I go there I don’t have a good experience.. Ordered the six dollar meal deal - I asked for more cookie crumble on my coffee and the associate mentioned that it doesn’t come with the cold foam or the cookies, So I asked to add it she went to talk to the higher up… And they said they couldn’t because it’s a six dollar meal deal and I had to go inside to talk to the supervisor!! I’m just baffled because I’ve been to so many Dunkins and they the first to make adding a few crumbles an issue! And let me tell you this is just the last straw because it’s always something at that Dunkin. It could have been so simple but nope. 👎🏻

I live close by so I come here to get my kids breakfast, most of the time I come here they aren't very friendly. They are rushing me to order, have an attitude, then when I get to the window they have an attitude. I work in customer service I get it they are on a timer but you shouldn't be rude to the customers.

Horrendous, dude asked for oat milk 3 separate times they still didn’t change it, I pulled up and asked if it had oatmilk knowing it didn’t, guy blatantly lied and said yes. He also counted my change wrong, not that I would usually care but just the cherry on top. Drive thru is littered with trash and smells like trash, thanks.

This dunkin was really good however for the last 6 months is been awful. They have gotten the order wrong multiples time. I tough it was the drive thru since is next to a busy street so I went inside today I ask for a dunklatte add brown sugar add caramel and cold foam none of it was added I told the employee is wrong and all they did was add the cold foam I was running late so I left. Mind you I had a big order it was 3 drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Two of the drinks were just completely wrong. The kids there who are employee play around to much 35 dollars wated we end up throwing it away

So I went inside the restaurant to order. The girl that took my order got it correct and told the girl who was going to make it what it was. When she saw that the girl didn't add the strawberry, she reiterated it to the girl making it and she completely disregarded it and put my coolatta on the pick up counter and walked away. I instantly noticed it was incorrect but had to leave and she had turned her back and went to the drive thru. Instead of correcting the drink, she knowingly left it the way it was and then tried to reprimand the girl that took my order because I asked for whipped cream after she had rung me out which I specifically offered to pay for after the fact. Don't get me wrong, I drank it because it was almost $5 but I work as a barista and I would never hand out the wrong drink KNOWING I made it wrong. It's extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Makes sense why their tip cup was empty and I even tipped what I had on me before I witnessed that.

got to intercom, didn’t even get to finish my sentence while ordering because girl said “okay you could pull up” then when I actually got my coffee there was zero almond milk in it& was charged for 3x almond milk. Don’t see option to add photos but i took pics. I think Kayla was her name.

Dunkin’ Donuts is my go-to for coffee and breakfast! The coffee is consistently great, and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The staff is always friendly, and service is quick, even during busy times. I love the variety of donuts—there’s always something new to try!
