It’s 6 am , All I said “ I’m here for pickup “ the Dunkin employee just shook her head saying you have to a few minutes. You can see the attitude right away like I done something wrong

Early on weekday mornings, this Dunkin feels like one of those gimmick restaurants where the servers berate you. People pay good money for that experience. Once you look at it like that, it’s not so bad.

The short brown skin lady that is there most mornings is rude as hell for no reason. She seems annoyed for no reason every single time it never fails, doesn’t greet you, doesn’t give you your total, treats you like an idiot for ordering breakfast, doesn’t say you’re welcome when you say thank you to her, just very short, like you pulled up to her front door or something. She is very unpleasant and terrible! Who wants to deal with that first thing in the morning, to top it off if I get anything with sausage it’s never warmed all the way through.

Didn’t want to leave a bad review here as I had good experiences here for a while. However in the last couple months, I have had nothing but horrible experiences. I normally go here between 5-6 am and the person that is always at the window is extremely rude. The other day the man in front of me was ordering at the speaker and I could hear the worker YELL “SIR I DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE SAYING. LET ME FIND SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE” back at him. It was clear English was not his first language, however I had no issues understanding him, and there was no reasoning for the yelling towards him, and that comment should not have been made. That same day, I held my card out the window to pay, the same worker aggressively shoved the card reader at me and as I went to insert it (as one does), I was yelled at to “JUST TAP IT ON THE SCREAM OH MY GOD”.

And just today I ordered three items, and after receiving 2 of them, I simply waited for the third. To which the same worker slams open the window and goes “What else are you sitting there waiting for??” in a rude tone.

The other employees are very kind however putting someone who glares at people, yells at people, sighs left and right when serving customers at the window, is not the best move. I debate going out to my way to a different location, just to receive better service and food that isn’t hard as a rock and coffee that tastes burnt.

very rude burned my wrap it’s 1158 pm and I just don’t understand why people work with the public if they don’t know how to simply deal with simple tasks. Very ghetto

The service is always quick in the mornings and it’s on my commute so I go here often but the customer service is abysmal and they never exchange pleasantries. The lady at the window seems annoyed she has to communicate with another person. What happened to American generosity?

Not the first time I walk in and wait... And wait... And wait... while the staff is only paying attention to drive through, occasionally glancing in my direction but refusing to even acknowledge my presence. A simple "I'll be right with you" would probably turn this experience positive, but why bother, it's only a job, customer service is not part of it.

Stop here every work day as the start of my commute. Last few weeks the food has been awful. Last week got served a burned croissant sandwich today was a frozen coffee that is 99% concentrate syrup. I'm done with this location.
