The service is always quick in the mornings and it’s on my commute so I go here often but the customer service is abysmal and they never exchange pleasantries. The lady at the window seems annoyed she has to communicate with another person. What happened to American generosity?

Not the first time I walk in and wait... And wait... And wait... while the staff is only paying attention to drive through, occasionally glancing in my direction but refusing to even acknowledge my presence. A simple "I'll be right with you" would probably turn this experience positive, but why bother, it's only a job, customer service is not part of it.

Stop here every work day as the start of my commute. Last few weeks the food has been awful. Last week got served a burned croissant sandwich today was a frozen coffee that is 99% concentrate syrup. I'm done with this location.

Every day in the morning I make a stop at this place, first you greet the person at the window and she looks at you with a disgusting face that doesn't even respond to the greeting, a little brunette, she is short, I think it will always be like that ?second, she gives you attitude yes You complain to him about a bad order, the other days between staff to buy and by accident an employee went to take a garbage bag and hit the thing where the lids were to put on the coffee and this brunette lady in front of me Cara crouched under the machines and picked them up and placed them in the same place ?when that was supposed to be thrown in the trash, and she continued attending the drive thru and putting those same tapas that had fallen down in the coffee ?♀️this is disgusting ? there is no professionalism whatsoever, another day I bought a coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and they gave me an XL glass of water with the last thing the coffee maker had, another disgusting ? I wasted my time and money, I'm sorry but They should handle themselves better and do their job better with love and not give so much attitude and with an arrogance and disgusted face to the costumers ? that brunette lady in the morning is apparently in a bad mood every day and I came to pay for it with the costumers, at Smile less ? because life is one and you cannot live so bitter ✌?

Don't like a card reader on a stick shoved in my face while being asked for a tip in the drive-through, then walk away and complain about not being tipped. I've never seen this before and is disgusting this dunkin allows low class scum to work here.
