New staff need more training on making drinks, I order a simple order of ice coffee and it’s more milk than coffee also extremely sweet when I don’t even ask for sugar

Also better training on costumer service

I worked at the mall and the staff have the worst customer service, I order a sandwich 9:07 a.m. at it was 9:27 and it wasn’t ready. There were not even looking at the order. When they finally give to me the employee came with attitude.

Worse experience. Yesterday I went there with my kids and ask for wraps and hash browns. Three girls working over there saying oven is turned off at 7 0’clock. It is supposed to close at 9 on Saturday. They were so rude

Absolutely the worst customer service experience imaginable. Why am i standing at the counter for 5 minutes watching 4 people half ass making a single cup of coffee without anyone taking my order? Why does it take 5 minutes for yall to START making a sandwich that somehow comes out both cold and burnt every time? Why are yhere 3 people having a vonversation and taking turns making eye contact and NOT helping customers? If this place burst into flames in front of me i would laugh.

Just had my co-worker grab me a Decaf HOT Tea Blk. Male w Air-pod in ear, gives her a blk coffee the 1st time. 2nd time, she goes back & asks for the same thing....blk decaf hot tea. He then AGAIN gives her a blk coffee w 2 tea bags on the side. 3rd time she goes back, I told her just to ask for hot water at this pt. He actually got that right! Seriously, HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE!!!

Would have given a zero or negative if possible. Stopped by around 5:50pm and after keeping us (me and my 5 year old) waiting for 5 mins they told that it is closing time (supposed to be 6pm on Christmas Eve). Extremely rude and arrogant behavior. Deserves to be shut down. The service have always been poor, it is getting from bad to worse to abysmal.

I watched an employee curse at and humiliate a customer because they messed up his order and he asked to have it remade. The other employees ganged up on him and yelled at him as he was walking away. It made me feel sick to watch grown adults bully someone who simply asked for what he ordered.

20 min wait on 2 toast lazy workers I'll say

Literally the worst Dunkin’, and possibly fast food location, I have ever been to in my life; as an employee who works at Providence Place, I have ordered at this location many times mostly out of desperation— I would say 90% of the time the customer service is trash and the food takes no joke about half an hour to make. I would understand this issue if they were short-staffed, but it’s simply a lack of work ethic that the employees have; I feel one thousand percent confident saying this as a former Dunkin’ worker for 4 years— I will never be going back to this Dunkin’. On the Go should be prioritized, and there’s no reason why orders should take on average 20 minutes to make.

Staff has no passion or drive to help customers with their orders. Received poor customer service with a drink that reflected her attitude (piss poor). The manager is doing nothing but eating while sitting down and should be getting her staff in order.

Visiting on April 20th in the afternoon I had the worst experience ever on a DD place. The cashier was very rude, refuse to give the correct exchange back and even throw the receipt and the donut in the bag to me, like garbage. Sad!
