Great service very nice workers

This place is AWFUL. If i could've given zero stars i would have. First the service is so pathetic. Two young ladies working there this night where so rude and seemed very put off with helping me. I ordered two coffees the same way i order at most Dunkin donuts with the app or in person. This coffee after waiting way to long while both employees talked with an older gentleman, who didn't even have a coffee or any product from the store, he stood at the pick up area inquiring if they received any of his generous tip he kept speaking about. The coffee was messy having coffee leaked on the sides of the cups and so light. They appeared as they mostly had cream in them. They tasted so bad. After dealing with such poor service, awful product, after spending which seemed a more pricey coffee purchase for a Dunkin. We left both coffees on the counter and left. I would've asked for a new coffee but at that point i no longer wanted anything from this store. After seeing that this places has 2.5 stars I now understand. PLEASE AVOID THIS DUNKIN AT ALL COST. The owner should really review this store it needs an overhaul. Dunkin donuts should be disgusted that this store has their name on this service.

If I could give this dunkin 0 stars I would. They are consistently messing something up. Most of the time that i get dunkin from here i order it 10 minutes ahead of time, just for me to sit there for an additional 10 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. They either mess up your order, don’t give you something, or they never have anything I want. They need better management, and a whole new team. I have had the workers just stare at me as I wait for my food, and not make anything. They have such a mean attitude as well. They’d rather just talk to each other and gossip than actually help the paying customers. They also consistently lie and say that they’re closed just to go home early, there have been times where i just want a cup of water or a donut and they say that they’re closed when they close in 30 min. They have consistently disappointed me and others with their behavior and customer service. Do better.
After trying to go there again, to idk maybe see if they can do better it is clear they cannot. They never have anything, it’s a waste of my money when they don’t have cream cheese for my bagel. i’m not about to eat a dry bagel be for real. And i can’t even get my money back, even with the amount of times this has happened. Never coming back would rather go to the starbucks even if they are more expensive, at least they have stuff.

The service here is actually so bad I’ve been coming here for the past few weeks thinking things would change but no. Their food is always overcooked and unfortunately burnt! They always close half an hour earlier than they are supposed and everyone there always has an attitude, their hands are every where but the sink and they never have anything in stock this place is absolutely ridiculously disgusting do better !

Waited 15 minutes for hashbrowns, girl that was making food cooked a bagel with the hashbrowns, leaving the hashbrowns half cooked, watched the girls run her fingers through her hair with her gloves on, and then return to making food. Absolutely nasty. Had to ask the only girl who seemed to know what she was doing to please take my order over as I was too grossed out by the other two.

I go at 7:30PM to ask for one donut that I can see is still on display, yet they tell me they’re closed. No explanation as to why, no sort of consideration, just plain and rude. They close at 8PM leaving them a GENEROUS amount of time to just use the register to cash out a few customers until they run out of donuts. Placing mobile orders is almost as pointless as just showing up and asking for the food since they take incredibly long with simple orders, and consistently mess up simple drinks. They need a new crew desperately. If I could give 0 stars it wouldn’t be enough.

I have never seen someone NOT want to be somewhere so much in my life, like I did today when my aunt and I tried to order something to drink from Dunkin’ 🤣

New staff need more training on making drinks, I order a simple order of ice coffee and it’s more milk than coffee also extremely sweet when I don’t even ask for sugar

Also better training on costumer service

I worked at the mall and the staff have the worst customer service, I order a sandwich 9:07 a.m. at it was 9:27 and it wasn’t ready. There were not even looking at the order. When they finally give to me the employee came with attitude.

Worse experience. Yesterday I went there with my kids and ask for wraps and hash browns. Three girls working over there saying oven is turned off at 7 0’clock. It is supposed to close at 9 on Saturday. They were so rude
