The customer service is highly disappointed. The ppl who are working is not even interested in taking order. And coffee that I got is after 45 min of order. The higher officials for this should take care of it. One of the worst Dunkin I have ever seen. And the mentality of the working ppl should be good. Not treating good. And talking themselves with criticism. Very worst behavior. I asking for my coffee in between what they said is to wait. It should be changed. Hope they will remove them from work. Thank you

I'm sorry but y'all gotta do something about these employees that work at this Dunkin at prov mall cause they always have an attitude especially the girls that work there cause not only they're unprofessional but they're ghetto and rude.. I ordered 3 refreshers and this girl came out picking her nose looking at me and taking my order wit an attitude (straight up Ghetto) and she handed me over the drinks without a tray and I asked for a tray and she was rude and said they didn't have trays like wat kinda Dunkin has no trays tho ? GUYS i do not recommend this location at all..

I ordered my coffe at 6:00pm (3/29/2024 )and the guy made me wait for 1/2 hr. In between I asked him how much time its gonna take and he said it will be 5min. Where again at 6:27pm I asked him about my coffe and he said which coffe?? I showed him my bill and then he gave me the coffe. WORST SERVICE i have ever experience. Manager should take care of such kind of activities when they are not present there.

The white male worker was punching the computer, didn’t let me finish ordering, made my friends drink wrong, punched the table and was mumbling every sentence. Been here before and never had a problem until him. He needs to be fired or have an attitude check cause that’s just a no for me.

I went on Sunday February 11, the 3 employee the was rude, and served what they wanted, not what you asked, I asked for a hot capuchino, the girl gave me a ice tea, then again I said I didn't want any ice drink I can't have ice drink, she wanted to gave me again ice capuchino, so finally another worker's taking the order, this one just gave me a could milk, what's wrong with the dunking employee? They was acting like they was forced to work for nothing.

I know it’s a dunkin in a mall, but this is just awful. The two workers weren’t even wearing uniforms and were just talking to each other and I had to wait 5 minutes before they realized I was standing there. I asked for a food item and they said they weren’t sure if they had it so they went to check. 10 minutes later they come back and say they didn’t so I had to order something else. Also the lady making coffee looked and acted like she was high on crack because she was literally sleeping while standing. So gross and unsettling.

I was there at 5:30pm on Sunday, they should close at 6pm, but they said we don't have any hot coffee and we are not making any coffee for anyone, we serve only iced coffee... the stuff was very rude, especially the old lady she was not professional nor nice. They should hire new stuff!

TERRIBLE!! Not only 1 time, EVERYTIME TERRIBLE. The first time, there was a boy who offended me by making fun of my accent. It was incredibly disturbing and I felt like he was being racist. I went anyway. Every time I received service with unfriendly and evil looks. and today they charged too much for just a small size black tea. These employees, who did not give a receipt, also asked for a receipt and did not give a refund. Just 2 minutes after shopping, I asked for a refund (the extra one was purchased) but was again met with a harsh attitude. enough!

I had to give it a 2 for atmosphere because not having a drive-up line to wait 29 minutes for my coffee fix just didn't feel right. I guess beggars can't be choosers, and I chose this because I was looking for a donut. I ended up buying seven. No regrets.

My Dunkin' experience at Providence Place was challenging. The aggressive employee behavior triggered me, leading me to seek mental health support. Unfortunately, their customer service lacked kindness and appreciation for loyal customers. An older employee even instructed others not to help me, making me feel worthless. It was the worst Dunkin' visit in downtown Providence.

Absolutely rude behavior! First they didn’t put my muffin in my bag. When I questioned them they said they didn’t have any but charged me anyway and never told us. When back a second time and they didn’t put cold foam on coffees we ordered. Than server got an attitude and extremely nasty when I asked them to add the foam. Awful customer service!! They really should be reprimanded and retrained on correct customer service skills!

strawberry dragonfruit refresher had absolutely no flavor or sugar added. hash browns were extremely dry and tough. worst dunkin i’ve ever been to
