I just received a stale bagel paired with a cup of cold coffee, and I’m honestly quite disappointed. I had been looking forward to a fresh, warm breakfast, but instead, the bagel is dry and tough while the coffee tastes as though it’s been sitting out for hours. It’s frustrating to start the day with a meal that feels careless and unappetizing, especially when I was hoping for something comforting and satisfying.

This is my home store, the staff is always friendly and the location is easy to access and free of undesirable elements. They may not always have the donut youre looking for and sometimes the coffee taste a Lil burnt but it doesnt happen as often as it does at other locations ive been to

Had to wait an excessive amount of time for the bathroom, & then realized the person at the counter was making no effort to assist me I went & asked another employee who didn’t seem so bothered! After that I order my coffee as I do every morning at this location ONLY for them to charge me extra for caramel pumps that would be free if they did it right ! It’s sad how ignorant people have become on coffee making . The manager on shift was no help,But I’m not impressed, they do have a “few” good coffee makers who actually know the value of regular customers .

Fast friendly service at this location. A lot of free parking for this area. Clean comfortable dining area. Restrooms were clean and stocked. My food and beverage were tasty and came out quickly.

You gotta let them know less ice. I asked for a small iced coffee caramel skim milk and I got 3x the ice. Didn't ask for extra ice. It's unfortunate someone else went to get my coffee for me

This is so far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I been first you go in the afternoon and they basically closed because they don’t have anything available inside chairs up that customer service is bad and you try to order anything hot from their menu is out

Charged me for a large signature latte and think I got a small or medium.. I thought they had given me a partially drank latte or something, even though the lid was unopened. It was literally 2 min after I got the drink from the drive thru so no, it didn’t settle or the whipped cream didn’t melt. This is why I prefer Starbucks. Starbucks also doesn’t charge extra for alternative milk options anymore. Dunkin’ is now more expensive than Starbucks so save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere your drink will be what you ordered and paid for.

I’m usually not one to judge but their conversation was inappropriate even if no one was In here. I was shocked and disgusted about what they were saying about their job and their personal life for everyone to hear.

Is this the worst Dunkin' in Providence? Perhaps. I ordered a latte and received a coffee with milk. On another occasion, I pre-ordered a black midnight roast and 15 minutes later it still wasn't ready. I've had friendly interactions with the staff, but maybe not everyone is properly trained.
