Seems always too much. Should always seem friendly and flawless coffee place.Dietary restrictions: More sugarfree and carb friendly. I'm diabetic. Can't have more than 5g of sugar per item. No more than 60 carbs for insulin pump. Diabetics measure carbs, grams, calories.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. It’s so sad how awful this dunkin as become. this used to be the friendliest welcoming Dunkin I had ever been to. NOW especially who they have working in the the drive thru is awful ! The only service they are consistent with is horrible customer service.

Okay so it takes a lot for me to bother writing a negative review for any place. I'm pretty understanding when it comes to taking a while or mistakes but today was just ridiculous.I ordered ahead for walk in this morning at 10:38 am and when I got there my drink was ready but I needed to wait for my wake up wraps. Which again is fine, they were swamped with orders inside and through the drive through and they even needed a second employee to help with the sandwich station. But then I ended up having to wait there for literally thirty minutes. Thirty minutes! I didn't get my item until 11:10 am! And when I finally did I was missing one of the wraps. I had ordered two and after having to wait thirty minutes I only got one of them, it's incredibly ridiculous.I can be very patient and understanding and I have worked at a Dunkin before so I get it but this level of disorganization and poor service is just way out there. And this isn't the first time I had to wait long for an order here it's just the worst experience so far.I most likely won't bother wasting my money and dropping by here on my way to work anymore, its just not worth running late to work because their management and training of employees is so poor that you can't receive your two item order in less than thirty minutes. I shouldn't have to choose between getting my order and running late or losing money by having to just leave without it so I'm not late to work. And I give plenty of ahead time to get stuff in the morning, at least an hour or more. But this place just eats it right up, it's not worth wasting your time or money here.

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They always have the most consistent coffee, the service is ALWAYS quick, and the food was always hot and correct. I miss working in Providence so I could come here again. I’m thinking about it months later, because I just had the worst coffee from another Dunkin so now I’m sad…

I purchased 2 donuts a sandwich and hash browns and a soda. The donuts were the only thing fresh. Hasbrowns were hard as a rock sand which was burnt. Order accuracy is needed and their was two managers on shift not acceptable.

It's very hit or miss at this Dunkin some days it's amazing coffee and others it's sad how terrible. The donuts are never filled enough but the girls work there tail off to help customers as well as they

We go there every day before work, order online and pick it up it's always ready 6 out of the 7 days the order is right but at least once a week my tea is wrong either they forget the milk or sugar once forgot the tea bag itself but they do fix it right away if I bring it back.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp outside that leads to the door

I think it's a common courtesy to tell someone you're out of stuff before you make it instead of just changing it to something else and assuming the customer will like it

Always rushing to take people’s orders charge the amount for the order and not getting what you order. Is extremely frustrating especially when your on your way to work!
