Friendly but slow service. Ordered food that took about 8 mins which was fine but I forgot to order a drink but didn't want to wait for the other orders to me made then for the people in line to order before I could pay for a drink. Only one single bathroom that wasn't very clean and was out of toilet paper

Dropped by this store to get an iced drink. The service was fast but not many donuts were available as it was closed to 4PM. Plenty of parking available as the parking lot was huge.

Love Dunkin' on Gano St! I go there almost every week after work for my go-to order of two sesame bagels just sliced, not toasted. Their sesame seed bagels are unmatched! No other Dunkin' in RI even comes close when it comes to them! Always so soft and covered in sesame seeds and always tastes fresh no matter what time of the day it is!

Ordered a tomato bacon avacado sandwich and got an avacado and bacon toast. This is the third time they've screwed this up!!! Can't say it's the headset from the drive through because this location doesn't have a drive thru - this was a face to face order and they still can't get it right.. Done with GANO

We placed six different orders and each one was drastically wrong or were missing items. Despite being empty and multiple employees, orders took over 15 minutes to even bag a donut. We were also charged for water and employees are very loud.No parking for bicycles.

Worst staff ever. Questioned what was taking so long with my order and was given attitude back. Didnt appreciate it at all. At least they got the order right for a change. Always have problems with orders here. They never pay attention to whats being ordered and always get it wrong. Then i have to fix it myself at home. Absolutely hate this particular chain of Dunkin. 10 thumbs down!!!

No drive thru, periodically very short staffed and they're always out of oatmilk and lastly.. their donut selection is terrible... today they only had 4 different kinds!

Always sweet and service is so fastParking: Gano street itself is a nightmare - pulling out onto the street during morning rush really sucks. But my order is always made perfectly here, so I'll deal with the morning kerfuffle
