I got into the drive through at 4:30 I finally got to the speaker at 4:40 I placed my order and paid at 4:50 I received my drinks right after I was told to wait in the parking lot for my food to be ready I waiting over an hour for my food I went inside and seen there was two workers I asked the manger or shift leader how much longer and he was very respectful about the situation and telling me he will make my food for me so I waited and it turned into 30 more minutes just for me to see that the other person he was working with was being unclean and not helping with food or drinks for others as well the shift leader or manger was doing everything himself I was disappointed with the help that was not being given as u can see he was clearly stressed doing all the coffee and food with no help and simply I didn’t get my food until 6 o’clock but again he was respectful and patient everytime I check for my order let alone how dirty the stations were that’s there was flies everywhere I feel the one person who didn’t help with anything could’ve at least cleaned up since I was waiting there for so long and it wasn’t busy at all.

Love this place so much coffee tastes the same every time 🙌 the staff here is friendly and personal and if u pay attention u can see that they all have pride in what they do and stay organized! For a long time I would drive way outta my way to go get coffee because I absolutely hated this location and many more in the area but over the last 3 months I’ve been coming here every day and honestly glad they have a more well rounded and friendlier staff than a few years ago!! I even sometimes steal my friends dog to take him to breakfast now!! And yes sometimes you have to wait a REALLY long time but other days you don’t I’ve been in and out in as quick as 30seconds but I’ve also waited as long as 18 minutes for my coffee because ik it’s going to be perfect and EXACTLY what I’m looking for! KEEP IT UP LADIES!!!

I was just in here on my way to take my son to school 8:45 AM. The manager is on the phone with her boyfriend, screaming and yelling and swearing! oblivious to the little four-year-old girl that was standing in line waiting for her breakfast, apparently this is a normal occurrence there! She is a problematic manager, apparently And brings her drama to work regularly.. I tried to To call the store to discuss this with the manager Instead of reporting her to corporate or putting out a bad Review, but after 45 attempts, I was unable to get through To the store.. . I assume she is still on the phone with her boyfriend, screaming, yelling and Cursing in front of Customers and children. Dude, she’s probably arguing with on the phone probably doesn’t even have a job .. like literally this woman was screaming at the top of her lungs and she’s the manager. No one needs to come into work and have the Managers personal problems thrown in their face…. I felt very bad for the young girls. She was working with one of them was very clearly pregnant.. What a stressful environment.. . It’s too bad because the food here is great. The sandwiches are always on point as well as the coffee. I think they need a new manager though because she’s out of control at work over some dude!!!!
Every single time I come here there is a problem. Will be avoiding this Dunkin at all costs even though it’s one of the closest to me on the way to work. I literally just waited 25 minutes in the drive-through. This is not an exaggeration. And the way the drive-through is set up you can’t even leave if you wanted to you’re trapped. Once I got up there, I got Not even a single sorry for the wait, nothing. And to top it off there were like four employees in there. There is no excuse for that. It’s just coffee guys how hard is it to do your job?

Rude staff. No bathrooms available. Homless in lobby. They lie about the bathrooms saying they are closed and being worked on but in turn they are only letting certain customers and people they like use it all day. Go to any other dunkin they have working bathroom, quiet lobbies and nice staff.

Asked if they could stir my ice coffee so the mocha wasn't all at the bottom. Guy said that was fine. I watch them holding the lid with no gloves. Then turn it up side down shaking bit. Then hand it to me with coffee running down the side. And as I'm stirring it I hear him say well I did this one right. Thank you for not taking the time.

I’ve been coming here for years as I work in the VA offices located in plaza, minimum twice a day, sometimes 3x a day if I’m
Working late. Morning and lunch staff seem to have it together. However after 3/4pm the service is lousy. Tony is lazy and he gets upset when you wanna order food, and that’s after taking 5 mins to get acknowledged at the counter in an otherwise empty store. All they care about is drive thru. Sometimes I order (and spend $30+) for myself and coworkers. So when my coworkers go in other times alone he makes “jokes” and says to “tell your coworker he better not come in here ordering a ton of drinks and food later cause I’m short staffed. You have subway and a pizza place in same place, tell them to try something different.” Seriously? If you don’t like doing your job, don’t work there! I spend upwards of $100 a week in the place for me and my staff. When I try to save time and go to the drive thru that they ever so prioritize, I’ll order a simple hash browns and coffee. I get to the window and they tell me to pull up to the white line and we will bring it out because you’re gonna mess up my timer! 7 minutes for a coffee and hash brown that has to be brought outside to my car! I’m done with this place! I’ll take the drive to Academy avenue where the service is fast and friendly. This Dunkin needs an overhaul on the management. I’m tired of being shamed and resented or feeling anxiety about wanting to order food when i go there because someone doesn’t like to make it. I’ll take my $60-100 a week elsewhere and you can thank Tony for that!

Cant get a coffee right to save there life! SMH it’s not rocket science!!! Get it together. If I could give them no stars I would!
I go get my ice coffee at this location every day at 2:00, everyone is very friendly, but Tanner is the sweetest and knows just how to make my coffee! His customer services skills are on point.. and always has a smile on his face... :) Highly recommend!

A clean Dunkin with engaged, caring staff? I thought that was a thing of the past or maybe even merely a figment of my imagination, a leftover memory, fading... But no, it was an actual, clean Dunkin, not a dream. And the staff rocked—seriously. Great job, guys! ??✨

Staff here are very rude. They do not know how to prioritize their customers. And 9 out of 10, your coffee will be made wrong.
