First restaurant I’ve been to while stopping in Rhode Island and it did not disappoint! Vast majority of options with quick service. Very nice owner. The food and atmosphere was authentic. Ordered the oxtail dish that came with side salad and rice. The sweet plantains were crisp to perfection. I thought I was in heaven for a second. Will return if visiting Rhode Island again.

I love this place! The food is always fresh and hot, and it is authentic 100%. You can tell everyone puts care into the food they cook, and the staff treat you like family even if you're just visiting for the first time. Their pastelitos are the best because they always taste like they were just made, while other restaurants have dry and stale pastelitos that just tast like they've been sitting there all day. The inside of the restaurant always has air conditioning in the dining area, and it has a nice, overall quaint atmosphere that is symbolic of Providence and the city's multicultural flavor.
Tried to order through Uber eats. They told me they could not make my food and to cancel my order on the app. I did and was charged 17$ for a cancelation fee going for that store. I will never have any one order from here again.

I went there for my birthday and we ordered basically a little bit of everything and you could taste the love. The service was on point and the woman was very kind. Our food was in front of us within five minutes of ordering it. The best birthday meal I’ve had on a gorgeous day sitting out at the Picnic table. I highly recommend.
