Mid in most ways. Not a fan of counter service and then hovering over tables trying to get a seat. Not really their fault but my experience started with some jerk entering through the exit and walking up to the cashier and ordering while I waited in line. The cashier could have corrected him, but I get being nonconfrontational in that position. Next I asked what the cashier recommended between two choices and he said the beef sandwich. Fabulous 😍 The entrance is on Union Street. Beautiful and authentic French pastries. The real deal! Bouchons!!! And on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Canelé!! Service with a smile and lovely light and bright seating area
Great experience at Ellie’s a nice cozy cafe in the downtown Providence area. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. The coffee was good and had a tasty breakfast sandwich and delicious pastry. The rest of the menu and pastries also looked great. The cafe was clean, bright, well decorated, and had plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend to a friend or return in my next trip to Providence.
