Horrible customer service and the cake only tasted decent, I would not recommend this place. Cake order was supposed to be ready at 6:30pm, I was told to come back at 7:30pm, arrived at that time and the cake was still not ready and had to wait for over 30 minutes. All the while the woman who was supposed to be helping ignored my questions and proceeded to help other customers. The cake that was finally given was actually meant for another customer with the same design but different color.

I have always gotten my cakes from here and I'm always satisfied. However this year they did a terrible, horrible job. The cake was dry and there was barely any filling. I ordered 2 flavors and they only put one of the flavors if any. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!!

This is the worst cake I ever taste the cake tasted like corn muffin it was dry it didn't taste like typical Dominican cake the frosting was such a bad tease it even painted my lips my nails and my fingers it was just like paint I do not suggest this Dominican plates for

This was hands down the worst cake I have ever purchased. I was embarrassed at my twins birthday party once I realized how bad the cake tasted and looked. I paid $130 for a cake that wasn't worth half that. They charged me $45 for design and gave 4 little stickers for all that. The customer service was terrible and I was left waiting in line only to find out my cake was not even ready at the time promised for the party. I had to go back a second time to pick it up half way through the party with over 30 people at my house already. I was given no consideration or even apology for a bad cake and bad service and bad taste. I paid half of that amount for a real Puerto Rican cake and it was fantastic from another shop and that really saved the party. I would never go back to this shop or recommend any one go to this shop. If I could give less than a Zero on the rating I would. Don't go here!

I went in to get two slices of cake and the clerk forced the containers into the paper bag. I told her to please be careful and I guess she couldn’t hear me because she was on her earbuds having a conversation. 3 clerks just standing around and I had to wait for a 4th to ring me up. Felt like I was bothering them and I will not be going back. Slices were sloppily packaged and I’m highly disappointed.

Worst service ever they have one slow person up front I ordered a cake 2 weeks in advanced told them I needed it ready for 430 an when I go pick up the cake they tell me it’s not ready I was late to my own son party because of these people giving me hard time to give me my money back never again will I order from them

Terrible service, all they care is about taking tons of people to make money and to say yes to the money but then they can't do their work in a timely manner. They make you wait years, we got the cake for the birthday girl almost at 8pm and the party started at 4pm. This is crazy! Please stop thinking just about making money and getting over packed with clients orders to then not be able to work properly. The cake tasted blah, not worth it.
