What a shitty service, I ordered a cake the day before for a party and when it was time to pick it up it turned out that they didn't have it, they charged me $130 for a cake, all smelling of egg and I made it at the same time and it seems like they are irresponsible women, right? I'm going to this store again if you were wondering if they would have given us a discount

One of the worst cakes I’ve ever had. I do not recommend purchasing a cake from this location. The cake was very dry and had little to no filling inside. Also, it was super expensive for such a simple cake. All I asked for was a small white base with black lettering and a couple decorative accents, they charged me $160. I was under the impression this location produced very good cakes and ended up being highly disappointed.
Also, I waited 40 minutes for them to find the cake and on this day it was pouring rain outside. This bakery gave me a cake with an open top. Nothing covering the cake at all. I asked them for a bigger box because it was was pouring rain outside they told me they can’t do that. I told them for the price they charged me they could’ve at least gave me a box that would cover the cake especially since I need to transport it to my home. They told me there was nothing they can do. I asked them for another small box so I can put 2 together and make one big box they told me no. I asked for the owner and explained the situation and after 5 minutes of explaining to him it’s pouring rain outside and I need to transport this cake on a rainy day he finally gave me a box.
Terrible cake. Very bad service. Please save yourself the trouble and disappointment and go elsewhere. I do not want you to be as disappointment as my family and I were with the product and the service.

Bought this Dulce de Leche cake - $40 less than 1lb. The design was cute but the actual cake was terrible. Extra sweet and dry. Plus the dulce de leche filling was ridiculously spread into tiny portions in between the layers and most of the filling was actually whipped cream. Worse cake. Save your money and do not buy at this place.
4/13/24 you have to be more careful with hygiene when making a cake. I had my son make one for his birthday, which was quite expensive for me to have to find eggshell and a toothpick in it when that was done. children will eat

Disappointing. I saw the BAD reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.The service was extremely terrible. I put my order in which took 45mins due to the lack of speaking english workers. They were also rude and using profanity in spanish with aggressive hand gestures.I called to regarding my cake that I put a deposit on and they hung up the about 3 diff times.The day of pick up for my cake it took another 50 mins waiting due them being unorganized. It is not worth the headache. Cake was dry and tasteful, if it was good it would of been worth the hassle.Smaller cake businesses are more people friendly, professional and respectful. I will never buy from them again!

No one could speak English and they put me on hold for almost 10Minutes before I hung up . I was speaking broken Spanish and trying to communicate before they put me on hold and they weren’t attempting to help. After hanging up I pulled up a translator app and called back and attempted to order again and they just kept acting awkward and like they didn’t care to help me before saying “I’ll call you back” and hung up on me. Still no call back. I’m very disappointed in their customer service or lack there of.
