Disappointing. I saw the BAD reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.The service was extremely terrible. I put my order in which took 45mins due to the lack of speaking english workers. They were also rude and using profanity in spanish with aggressive hand gestures.I called to regarding my cake that I put a deposit on and they hung up the about 3 diff times.The day of pick up for my cake it took another 50 mins waiting due them being unorganized. It is not worth the headache. Cake was dry and tasteful, if it was good it would of been worth the hassle.Smaller cake businesses are more people friendly, professional and respectful. I will never buy from them again!

No one could speak English and they put me on hold for almost 10Minutes before I hung up . I was speaking broken Spanish and trying to communicate before they put me on hold and they weren’t attempting to help. After hanging up I pulled up a translator app and called back and attempted to order again and they just kept acting awkward and like they didn’t care to help me before saying “I’ll call you back” and hung up on me. Still no call back. I’m very disappointed in their customer service or lack there of.

Horrible bakery went there to purchase a cake (for my son’s birthday) that was on display I ask the server what kind of cake was it she told me 3 leches when we cut the cake it was DRY nothing in the middle overpriced and lying service won’t go there again. Whole Foods here I come!

It took almost 45 minutes for them to find the cake it was $100 and first of all I don't think that you should bump the cake of two floors when it had five tiers in between would like having to go super slow driving to our destination and the cake was super super dry it was the most nastiest cake I've tasted at the party they had cupcakes from Walmart and 50 times better than that cake I personally wouldn't recommend anybody
