Excellent local fish market! You'll pay a bit more at the Fearless Fish than you would at Whole Foods, but the seafood is truly superior. The staff is always happy to provide recommendations or tell you more about their offerings, and the seafood is always extremely high quality. I especially love this place, because the woman behind the counter taught me how to shuck an oyster right there in the shop! She was right, it it totally easy, and after a little practice I picked it up in no time. Plus, you can buy a shucking knife right there in the store. Overall, this is a convenient location with an excellent selection of fish, shellfish, caviar, and prepared treats. The smoked bluefish spread and seafood salad are particularly wonderful, and the oysters are always fresh and briny. A true gem on Hope street.

This fish market sells the most delicious and fresh fish in the area. If you’re lucky, you can even get blue fine Otoro and Nantucket bay scallops! The owner, Stu, is super knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. I highly recommend this place!

Fearless Fish offers a friendly environment with excellent service and an incredible, locally-sourced selection in fresh as well as frozen. Top-notch quality swordfish kabob and scallops was my first purchase. We grilled the swordfish and mushrooms kebabs with a splash of lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Man were they tender and tasty! The scallops in a pan with butter filled the kitchen with a hint of sweet, ocean air. With a light sauté on each side and a squeeze or lemon, those scallops truly were the candy of the sea.

This is a wonderful addition to Hope Street. A wonderful selection of fresh fish and shellfish in addition to smoked fish as well as bluefish and salmon salads. A big surprise are they have the best bagels which are frozen but excellent.

This place is worth it to get the best fresh fish. The owner will always take time to greet you, share the fish's history and recommend ways to cook it. Watched him at a food festival fillet a whole fish in a demonstration and then take time to personally talk to everyone who had questions and wanted advice. They also have a killer logo that looks dope on apparel.
