As usual, found myself at the bar, being seated immediately. Sean came up almost immediately and greeted me, and introduced himself to me and shook my hand.

There is a smaller cocktail and bar food menu, but you can also get the full menu. Got the 8 oz filet, with a half order of mashed and brussel spouts with bacon.

Perfect seasoning and cook on the filet, brussels were incredible, and mashed was also delicious.

I intentionally didn't tell Sean it was actually my birthday (which he forgave me for) but my wife had called and ordered me a dessert, which the staff recommended chocolate lava cake. I'm not a sweets guy. At all. I'm a steak and taters kinda guy. But this chocolate lava cake, I could eat for dessert all the time. And thank you to Heather for telling me to take a photo for my wife!

Definitely appreciate the staff going above and beyond on my birthday. The next time you're in Providence, go hang out at the bar and have a chat with Sean. It's worth it!

The food here is average at best. The steak was under seasoned. It was cooked correctly but did not taste like a dry aged steak at all. The chipotle Mac and cheese was very much one note. You could barely taste any chipotle at all. And the crust on top seemed like an after thought. $45 for a chicken breast is laughable and it wasn’t even good. The sauce that came with it tasted like Campbells vegetable soup. The shrimp cocktail however was very good. Super fresh and the cocktail sauce was excellent. The potatoes au gratin was tasteless. I also ordered the brussel sprouts which was ok just had too much balsamic on it. The brownie tasted like the ones you get out of a little Debbie box. That being said the atmosphere was excellent and our server was the best part of the restaurant. My bill was $380 and I wish I went to Long Horn and saved $200.

The mushroom and tomato ragout is delicious. Also a great vibe for a Dewar's 12 year neat!

Reserved for Valentines. Wife ordered well done, filet mignon - it was still pink, told the server , he called the chef who was evidently irate and attempted to convince us it was well done in a demeaning way . Took it back with the utensils Came back with it the same pink and cold and no utensil. First and last time we go there. Better steak house . That cost of that embarrassing filet $61.

I rarely get a night out, so I was genuinely excited for our early Valentine’s dinner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. We finally had a sitter, a couple precious hours to ourselves, and I was looking forward to a beautiful, upscale experience.

I will say — the service was wonderful. Our server was kind, attentive, and did everything right. Unfortunately, the food completely ruined the night. Both of our steaks came out dry and overcooked — not what you expect from a restaurant charging premium steakhouse prices. They offered to remake them, which I appreciated, but by the time the replacements came out we were out of time and had to box them up and leave.

Spending nearly $300 for a rushed, disappointing meal was incredibly frustrating. Date nights are rare for us, and it felt like we wasted one. For a place with this reputation and price point, the food should be flawless the first time — not something you don’t even get to properly enjoy.

Sadly, this experience did not live up to the hype, the cost, or the occasion.

I had an excellent experience at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, where the food and service truly went above and beyond. The steak and shrimp were prepared perfectly and tasted amazing, full of flavor and melted in my mouth, paired with an excellent Malbec. The dessert was equally fantastic—the brownie was incredibly fudgy and literally melted in my mouth covered with goey carmel and chocolate.Yum!! I especially appreciated the personal touch of the chef delivering the meal and both the chef and manager taking the time to introduce themselves, which made the evening feel truly special. Thank you for a delicious meal. I'll be back!!!

The 36hr braised short rib was the single most disappointing piece(s) of meat I have ever tasted. It was dry. It didn't melt in your mouth and it wasn't by any stretch of the imagination fork tender. The potatoes underneath were gummy and the entire plate felt like it had been sitting under the food warmer while the other table items were being prepared. Awful.

This is the second time we've been to Flemings and it is now officially our favorite steakhouse! The tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection, even though I wanted it med-well and uncut. Took longer, which they came to inform us, but was perfect inside and out.

Heather was a PHENOMENAL server. Her recommendations were on point and steered me to excellent choices. Chef Berto, the Chilean Seabass was so delicious that it brought tears to my eyes.
