Had a blast at Fleur for New Years! Love the design and ambiance. Duck a L'orange was fantastic. Service was warm and fun. Am looking forward to going back for their sips and sliders on Wednesday nights!
Pleasant environment, excellent food, and professional customer service. Reasonable rates.
We had a great experience at Fleur last night in Providence. We started out sitting at the bar, enjoyed some excellent cocktails, and had great service from the start. We ended up staying right at the bar for dinner, and the food did not disappoint — everything was very good. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, with a great atmosphere, and the valet parking makes it incredibly easy, especially being right in the city inside the hotel. Overall, a really enjoyable night and a place we'd definitely return to.
We were looking for a place to dine in Providence and decided to check this out. Located inside the Omni Hotel, parking was convenient and easy to get to. Everything we ordered was delicious and the staff very courteous.
I'm somewhat incapacitated so handicap Restroom was appreciated. Yule log & decaf cappuccino & meal were outstanding Escalator (up) was out for weeks but luckily we could use Omni elevator
Very poor experience. Everything came late to the table and wrong. Do not recommend this place. We waited 45 minutes for the sliders and our onion soup for our toddler to come out !!! And the steak came without the fries we asked to be substituted. Service was very bad.
After a last minute plan change, we booked Fleur for Christmas dinner, so happy. Such an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel and restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was delicious.
We had to drop our son at the airport so we were looking for a place that was open on Christmas for a lunch and found Fleur at the Omni hotel. We were very happy to discover a dedicated vegan ravioli entree for my husband. I ordered a Caesar salad and the waitress offered a half portion which was not listed on the menu so that was really appreciated! My husband enjoyed his quinoa salad and ravioli very much. My french onion soup was super salty and the large bread on top was more than 50% of the dish with little onion soup underneath so the proportions were definitely off. My French 75 was good. We will definitely go back especially since there are options for my husband. We really appreciated the staff being there on the holiday!
It was nice for Christmas day. Thevonly bad part was the server did not bring a steak knife for the prime rib. I also had difficulty citting through the duck L'orange.
Food was good. Service was okay I thought prices were a bit high We had an okay meal/experience Not sure I would go back I think we had a better meal/experience at Fleming's

Beautiful place. Food was ok. Nothing special, not worth the price. Crème brûlée was ridiculously good tho.
Took a while for thr food to come out, and when it did, my wife's chicken caprese sandwich had plastic packaging inside it, my eggs benedict had congealed hollandaise sauce and was very overcooked, and my daughter's waffle looked awful. They took everything back and brought us new food. I tried pancakes instead which were not great but I didn't want to wait again, my daughter was happy with her new pancake and my wife was satisfied with her new sandwich. They did not charge us for our meal, but we went there for a good brunch meal for my wife's birthday, which was upsetting.
I didn't like Fleur when it first opened. It had a more limited menu and too many high priced steaks. Menu is more extensive now with less emphasis on steak. There is a variety of offerings at different price points to meet varied pocketbooks and appetites. Servers are attentive and friendly.
Not motorcycle friendly….🔥
Wouldn’t know about the food or service here. Valet service out front is not motorcycle friendly. Won’t be back.
