Terrible service, took a while to have someone seat us. Once we got seated no came over and gave us water or acknowledge us for 15 minutes. Even after someone asked us if we had spoke to a waiter it was still a few minutes. In that time we watched others who came in after us get water and order. When the waitress came walking over she seemed annoyed. As we walked out the host kinda smirked as us too. No one cared! !Don’t waste your time coming here if you’re staying at the Omni.
We were really looking forward to our brunch at Fleur but unfortunately we would not recommend eating here.
It was my wife's birthday and made reservations for 10:30 with friends for brunch. Upon arriving they were breaking down the buffet which looked like IHOP food in shinny chrome 5 star hotel containers.
We were seated by an awkward young man that returned and struggled to take our drink order writing everything down on a small pad of paper. Mimosas arrived with tea and coffee and he vanished...no cream or milk...no sugar. We waved down another member of the staff to ask and felt like we were bothering them. My wife ordered the $22 French Toast and I ordered the $23 eggs Benedict. Upon arrival her French Toast was cold and clearly taken from the buffet that they had just broken down. The eggs Benedict was over cooked and served with cold potatoes and cut up fruit also from the buffet, served in a bowl. To top it off we didn't have silverware...so once again had to wave down another member of the very unprofessional staff.
The friends we were with said their food was average at best and also could tell that several of the things on their plate came from the buffet.
Grand total...$147 before tip for 4 people. Fleur restaurant...you should be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe try taking your chefs to Rhody Hen so they can experience what an amazing breakfast is at a fraction of the cost.
We obviously won't be back. After reading some of the other reviews we realize now why the bill was so high. The 20% automatic gratuity. It is against RI state law to do this and not inform your guests BEFORE they order. We were never informed of this. We'd love a reply from the owner like we see on all the positive reviews.

Food is excellent, atmosphere is a balance between upscale and comfortable, and server Brandon is an utter treasure. Were I in a hiring role in my field, I’d do anything to recruit him away (and I’m not in the restaurant business.)

I've worked in Restaurants since 16 years old and this is the best food I've had in decades. The Ratatouille is a perfectly light pasta substitute, The burger jam's sweetness contrasted the rest of the meal amazingly. Will come back every time I'm in Providence!

Fleur Providence: A Breakfast Disaster at the Omni Hotel
Our visit to Fleur Providence for breakfast was nothing short of a catastrophe. My wife, daughter, and I opted for the buffet, expecting a pleasant morning meal. What we encountered instead was a nightmare.
Despite the buffet boasting a variety of options, nearly every dish was empty. The only items available were cold sausages and revolting scrambled eggs, which my daughter, a devoted scrambled egg enthusiast, deemed "disgusting." We repeatedly asked if the buffet would be replenished and were assured that more food was on its way. What eventually appeared were a few lackluster pastries, and still no sign of the French toast I had been eagerly awaiting.
To add to the dismal experience, an employee—either the bartender or manager—was audibly berating the hostess about seating arrangements and even engaged in a heated argument with another customer. This lack of professionalism was appalling.
After an agonizing 45-minute wait, we decided enough was enough and got up to leave. It was only then that the staff began to bring out more food. By that point, a dozen or so people were waiting to be seated, and I made it a point to warn them not to bother.
The final insult was the $60 charge for this abysmal breakfast. I've never left a restaurant feeling so enraged. The Omni Hotel needs to shut this place down immediately. Fleur Providence is a disgrace to their establishment.

The moment you step in, the ambience is amazing. They are very attentive and friendly as soon as you get to the host checkin. Our server was Brandon and I can't say enough good things about him. He gave us great recommendations, continued to check on our table, and was an overall delight. I will put the chowder up there with ones you would get in Narragansett. Bartender Tev'n knew his drinks and was approachable with any questions. Thank you for transforming the space in the OMNI to one that we enjoy going to repeatedly.

Service was excellent, discrete and polite and Brandon's courteousness and charm is greatly appreciated, as well as his honest recommendations. I would likely not have otherwise tried out the "Fall" pumpkin chocolate cheesecake with a creme brulee top but it was utterly superb, subtle, not overly sweet or spiced and with all the right mouth feels, from crunchy base, to bouncy cheesecake, to soft and melt-in-the-mouth topping. Cheesecake must always have a slight tang, and this had it all - and more, with none of the flavours competing but all melding into a harmonious whole. A serious accomplishment by an innovative pastry chef who needs to be celebrated. The clam chowder was excellent too.

I stayed three nights for a conference at the hotel so decided to check out Fleur.
Bar around 3 pm - quiet, nice spot for a couple of drinks
Breakfast Buffet 8 am - food was good but the servers were awesome. Really attentive!
Bar around 7 pm on Saturday: drinks and food, busy but not annoyingly crowded; great service where everyone behind the bar cross-served one another's customers
I will definitely be back for the bar the next time in town looking for a chill place.

My husband and I had our intimate wedding dinner in their private room- absolutely stunning venue, food was amazing and our service was impeccable. Anthony, John and the team went above and beyond for our group. I cannot thank them enough or say enough good things about this restaurant and their staff. Perfect night made possible by Fleur! ❤️

I came here twice during my stay. Service & food was great both times. Caprese sandwich was the best I've had, and their fries are perfect.

Greeting was prompt and drink order was taken in a timely manner. Once my husband and I ordered drinks they were significantly delayed and the bartender needed to seek advice as to how to make a Ketel One martini straight up. The bartenders lack of experience is not appropriate for this establishment. No apology for the 7 min delay was made. I had burrata ravioli with lobster tail and my husband had the Waygu burger. My meal came with a lobster claw, that was not cracked, and my burger was cold. We did not complain about the lack of lobster tail but still had to ask for utensils to crack the lobster. No plate or bowl was given for the shells so we had to leave the pieces on a napkin. The bartender never asked if our meal was to our liking and because we are not one to complain we never said a word. She and the other bartender sat at the other end of the bar on the phone, eating food, and talking to nearby guests with a mouth full of food. The check came, we paid, and the smelly lobster shells were still there as we walked out of the establishment. For a higher end restaurant that shares its reputation with the Omni Hotel I deemed this experience completely unacceptable and a waste of money. Keep in mind this is the first review I’ve ever written. The experience justified the review. If there was a 0/10 option I’d choose that

Reserved the dining room for a bridal shower brunch. Excellent service, beautiful location, and delicious food. The manager John went about above and beyond to meet my needs and exceeded my expectations.
