This was our first and last visit to this restaurant. Located at the Omni hotel this restaurant presents itself as fine dining. Average entree price was ~$28-30. Beer selection was disappointing as was the dessert selection. Our entrees were below average in flavor, presentation and overall taste. The service was sub par, while friendly, the staff appeared to be a under trained.

Great location. We were staying nearby downtown. Food was good. We were there for breakfast. Got there at 11 on a Sunday morning and were told the brunch buffet was wrapping up. We were a little surprised by the timing. Waiter was pleasant but didn't write anything down. Needed to be reminded of things throughout the meal. Overall an ok experience.

My son and I enjoyed a wonderful birthday lunch at Fleur Providence on January 19 at 12:30 pm. The two servers were attentive and professional, making our experience exceptional. A big thank you for the thoughtful birthday dessert—it was a lovely touch. We can't wait to return!

Great food. Good service. Quiet environment. Very accommodating for dietary issues. A good find in The Omni Hotel. All 4 of our meals were delicious.

My boyfriend and I experienced about a whole day of diarrhea and throwing up after Fleur’s lobster roll, and the wedge salad had pieces of uncooked bacon. Do not recommend. When we went, the only other customers in the restaurant were the people getting interviewed a couple tables away from us.

Had a blast at Fleur for New Years! Love the design and ambiance. Duck a L'orange was fantastic. Service was warm and fun. Am looking forward to going back for their sips and sliders on Wednesday nights!

We came here for dinner, and it’s undeniable that the restaurant features high-end dĂ©cor. The atmosphere and overall space are beautiful and create a strong sense of luxury. Visually, it definitely feels like a premium dining environment.

However, given its luxury positioning, the food was a bit disappointing. I ordered the bread, but it was very salty for my taste, and I didn’t enjoy it. My companion ordered a burger and felt that it was just okay—nothing particularly memorable or special. Interestingly, the lunch menu actually seems more exciting than the dinner menu.

Overall, the ambiance is pleasant and the dining space is nicely designed. The staff was fine, but the service did not quite reach the level I would expect from a premium luxury restaurant. That said, it was still a pleasant experience. One highlight was seeing how another guest was served last and seemed genuinely happy about it—he even joked about taking on a role in the restaurant when it reopened.

All in all, it can be a fun dining experience, especially during quarantine, but there is room for improvement, particularly in the food and service to better match the upscale atmosphere.

Great restaurant in general and would recommend. We had a private event and John was our coordinator: he’s beyond talented and so welcoming and knowledgeable. However, I knocked a star off because the service was a bit chaotic for the time spent putting this event together.

I would like to take a moment to recognize an outstanding member of your service team, Logan. Every time I dine at your restaurant, Logan consistently makes the experience exceptional. From the moment we are seated, he creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provides attentive, thoughtful service throughout the entire meal.

What truly sets Logan apart is his consistency and attention to detail. During our anniversary dinner, I ordered crab legs, and without hesitation, he thoughtfully provided a warm damp napkin afterward. It was a small but meaningful gesture that made cleaning up easy and made the entire experience feel elevated, polished, and genuinely special, this was in July and I still remember it!

Each visit is met with the same high level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be. Logan goes above and beyond to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of.

This level of pleasantry and dedication does not go unnoticed and greatly enhances the overall dining experience. Logan is a true asset to your restaurant and absolutely deserves recognition—and a bonus—for his reliability, positive attitude, and exceptional service.

We had a great experience at Fleur last night in Providence. We started out sitting at the bar, enjoyed some excellent cocktails, and had great service from the start. We ended up staying right at the bar for dinner, and the food did not disappoint — everything was very good. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, with a great atmosphere, and the valet parking makes it incredibly easy, especially being right in the city inside the hotel. Overall, a really enjoyable night and a place we'd definitely return to.

We were looking for a place to dine in Providence and decided to check this out. Located inside the Omni Hotel, parking was convenient and easy to get to. Everything we ordered was delicious and the staff very courteous.
