Amazing experience for my birthday, fantastic service. Although we asked for a few things that we never received, probably due to the fact that it was getting late, it was truly a dinner that I'll never forget !

35 minute wait even with reservation. Sat us directly in highest traffic area. Servers barely made it to us. I was waiting for pork-chops for ever and when it finally came it was under cooked and tasted off. They were definitely not ready for the Thanksgiving rush.

Turkey lady was stingy with the turkey. Not enough rounds made with poultry. Wife enjoyed steaks though, plenty of that.

Dr is weren't consistent. I sent mine back. The kids at our table ordered 2-sets of plain French Fries-it took over an hour and after we asked for them again to arrive. The meats arrived in a timely manner. Wait staff was sporadic. I understand it was Thanksgiving and the restaurant was busy, however, the service was fair at best and we had a party of nine

Had a wonderful family dinner on Thanksgiving. Service was friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Food was fantastic and price was fair. Cocktails and desserts were also excellent. Highly recommend.

This location was extremely busy, and even with a reservation the wait was unusually long. Traffic caused many guests to be a few minutes late, which didn't help. While waiting, I noticed some safety concerns, staff climbing on the bar to reach bottles and several instances of glass or dishes breaking from rushing. When the food finally came around, some items were cold or lukewarm, and the overall pace was slow for a Brazilian steakhouse. This was disappointing since the Boston and California locations I've visited were phenomenal. The salad bar was great and the staff were friendly, but service was inconsistent, with long gaps between check-ins and water refills. For the price, the experience fell short, though we still enjoyed our night. I'm open to trying this location again in hopes that it was just an off evening, but if not, I'll likely stick to the other locations, even if it means a longer commute.

Our first (probably not last) visit to Fogo de Chao. Though it is a chain, it didn't feel as such. I didn't sense being "processed" and the service didn't appear to be "scripted". The ambiance was elegantly casual with linens on the table, dark woods and subdued, but sufficient, lighting. The food was excellent and unending. The Market Table (salad bar) is meal worthy in its own right. Once you flip the ready button, the carnivore's paradise begins. I have only given 4 stars for "Overall" and "Value". In all candor, these are more about my rookie mistakes and less true observations about the restaurant. My wife and I are accustomed to a certain pace of a meal: beverage, appetizer, maybe a second beverage, entree, and perhaps dessert. That is not how it works at Fogo de Cao. My advice is to go lightly on the salad bar and say yes to every skewer that appeals because some of the unusual offerings may not return. Worry about clearing your plate once there is truly no more room. I tried to empty my plate and then request more and that was mistake. I do not believe that the intention was to rush us. We could have stayed as long as we wanted. It's just how the meal progresses at Fogo de Chao.

Sitting a while bunch of couples by a large family with children who were running around, using their hands to grab food and putting it back and who were not being watched by their parents was just not a great idea. Made it very uncomfortable to move around and be around especially when you just want a nice meal with your partner.

Some of the waiters kept offering meats even though we had our coasters in the Stop position.

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Our server Aubrey was very professional and made excellent recommendations. The only thing that we found strange was how dimly lit the restaurant was. Otherwise the atmosphere was great.

The food as always was incredibly delicious. We asked for mint jelly and 3 different people said they would get it. 45 minutes later I was told they don't have any. Miscommunication between employees I believe was the cause for the delay. Please bring back the mint jelly. It completes the lamb. Will definitely come back!
