The Vinaigrette was not acidic and not very traditional tasting. Sadly the fogo faijoada was very very under seasoned as well. The market table was very picked over at 8pm on sunday. The meats were great, tender and cooked wonderfully at least. I adore Fogo's other locations but this one was kinda a bust.
I have been to several Fogo de chao resturants all over the United states and never been disappointed like I was at the Providence location. I feel Xtra bad because I recommend it to my sister for my nephews graduation from college party. I felt so embarrassed I don't know if I can stand the site of fogo de chao anymore. For starters the never brought out any good meats unless we asked for them, never seen that before. I asked for Filet Mignon and about 30 minutes later I got it and it was overcooked. I had to remind them several times about it in the 30 minutes wait.i also asked for lamb chops another favorite of mine with the same results finally I had to ask for the manager just to get some beef ribs.there was about 20 of us in the party and I had talked this place up so much that I really looked like I was a complete idiot after we left. I asked for grilled pineapple and was told that everyone keeps asking for that but they don't have it yet, they had whole pineapple at the salad bar. Our drinks stayed empty and our stomachs as well as we waited for the better cuts of meat to drive. It's a shame how a good name like fogo de chao has gone this bad. Maybe it's just expanding to fast without considering good service. I will not return.

The food is excellent. However , u need to chase after them to get the meats to your table . Service is slow. Brazilian grill in Dartmouth ma. Don’t play around . They bombard you with meat , faster than you can eat it. That’s the way it should be !! I’m going to take the longer ride to Dartmouth ma .

Went on a Saturday nightMade reservation about a week in advance (needed on weekend). Was seated within 5 mins of arriving. Was a great experience and amazing food. If you do the full experience, they let you go to cold side bar first, insighests getting just a little. The meat comes around quickly and there are sooo many that you will want to try so pace yourself and go slow. If you like some cooked to a certain extent you can let any waiter know and they will have it directed to your table. Everything was absolutely delicious. The waiters work more as a team than individuals which allows for great, prompt service even during very busy times. I do not recommend bringing kids though. This is a great date night or a great place to celebrate but I would say if your kids can't sit through a multiple hour meal don't bring them.

The nutty richness of the Tomahawk steak paired perfectly with their delightful charcuterie selection. And let's not forget about their Passion Fruit Mojito – it was the perfect cool and refreshing drink to accompany such exquisite dishes.
