This cafe is an absolute 10/10 - the promenade sandwich is one of my favorite things to eat. Anna and the staff are the nicest, kindest people. Highly recommend

What a great spot in Providence! Great for quick lunch, good coffee, nice folks working there. The (I assume) owner is very nice and helpful.

Not only is this place in a beautifully restored historical factory but the people that work here have the kindest souls and treat you like a human being should be treated. It was my first time, I parked at the visitor parking (pictured) and when I walked in I was greeted so kindly by the hostess. I got food to go, I ordered an avocado toast and although they didn't have it on their menu and they didn't have to make it for me, they went out of their way to make it. I asked for it extra crispy on rye bread and boy, was it delicious. Between that and the coffee I ordered it came to $6, and I left a nice tip. Honestly, it's worth going here, there aren't a lot of places around where you will be treated so kindly and where you can get good food at a decent price. I highly recommend you stop in, and stay for a bit. The seating is beautiful. The staff is super friendly, and the food is well worth it. Thank you so much for your impeccable hospitality, I will definitely be back.

Most of the drinks are focused on Nitro coffee so it’s good if you want an iced drink. They don’t carry mugs “for here” only take-away disposable cups so you should bring your own mug with you. They have like every kind of Snapple in their fridge and Coke products. Stays open later than other places in the area and the Wi-Fi is fast.It stayed nice and quiet here with only a couple of customers coming in to get stuff to-go. Only the TV with the news on and an occasional take out order paying. The heat was a on nice temperature and there were poinsettia flowers around for the holidays. There is Wi-Fi.Someone in another review complained that this isn’t a good place to work in a cafe; i disagree. It is a good place to work on a laptop. It has background noise similar to anywhere else you’d go that isn’t your own office. There are only a couple of outlets though so come already charged. Everything is reasonably priced in my opinion and there is also an ATM in here too. The restroom seems to be down the hallway a bit and not in this cafe.

Amazing as usual. So nice to see a well run local business. Food is consistent and staff is great. It was too cold the day I was in there but they adjusted the second I mentioned it.

We went to work in the cafe, but it's not ideal for that purpose. There was Fox News playing on the TV. The staff lowered the volume at our request (we were the only customers) but said the owner doesn't allow turning it off.The server was friendly, and food was decent. The plates were Styrofoam and utensils were plastic, which I felt uncomfortable using. I used the utensils I carry with me. No reusable mugs, plates, or utensils for dining in.It seems like a place more suitable for picking up breakfast sandwishes or deli food for dinner (like sautéed broccoli or penne pasta, all chilled).Vegetarian options: Broccoli, pasta, bagels, etc.

This is a really cute cafe in The Foundry. Great and convenient place to pick up breakfast or lunch if you live nearby or work in the building. There are plenty of tables, so don't hesitate to sit down and have your meal. I had the Italian Fig Panini-Prosciutto, homemade fig jam, goat cheese and my husband had the Nero's Classic Panini-Turkey,bacon, avocado with cheese of your choice, and ranch dressing. The panini was yummy and really well put together. The ingredients were very fresh. Anna and Kevin were very pleasant to talk with and order from. Kevin made our paninis and they were delicious. We also got a slice of the pumpkin swirl and it tasted like fall in my mouth. It is a little more on the pricier side compared to a regular cafe, but the flavors and service are so great.

Ordered through uber eats came quick and was SO GOOD. Had to take off a star because sandwich came with no napkins or utensils. Also no options for how many creams or sugars. Im ok with it but for picky eaters might not suggest ordering online. No mods for sandwiches also. Im not picky though, very good!

Excellent little cafe tucked away in The Foundry complex. Great choice of fresh foods and some of the best sandwiches around, said sandwiches are monster in size. Staff is extra friendly and the place is clean. Highly recommend.

Open M-F 7 am-4 pm. Anna, Kevin, and Saul provide great service with smiles. The food is homemade and delicious. Daily specials are on the whiteboard at the entrance. You choose your toppings and type of bread (roll or different flavored wrap -- wheat, white, spinach, tomato). They offer meatballs; pasta & broccoli; pasta & chicken; sausage & peppers; various sandwiches; and hot breakfast meals.

I love going here for a quick cold brew or one of their FANTASTIC breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Highly recommend their panini lunch sandwiches. It’s family owned by the sweetest family and a great local spot!
