This little restaurant, raw bar, bar bar is not messing around. They handle their shellfish perfectly, cold, crazy fresh, and masterfully shucked. I recommend just a dash of the mignonette to just highlight the delicious flavors of the posters. The bartender told me the raw scallops have never left the menu so I ordered them. I can see why they're almost a signature of GH. The bok choy pancake is really good but strangely filling. Plenty for 2.

They had a great selection of delicious oysters. They had a small food selection, but everything we tried was delicious, especially the fish dip, sourdough bread, scallop roll, and crispy oysters. We were at a small high top near the front door and our waitress was very good

Wow wow wow. One of the best meals of my life here. Best oysters ever - hands down. Lighting, ambiance and decor are chef’s kiss for this little sexy place. Food is just stellar. Every single thing was super delicious. 😋 oh and the meringue desert thing was oh my gawd!
