This location in the mall is definitely a good one it gets soo busy there is a line and a wait for 20-30 mins so expect to spend some time. They have such good flavors and you can customize your sugar and ice level. You can also choose how much bobba you want which is my fav! Would absolutely recommend.

Brown sugar boba tea is fire and the best boba I've had. Def would recommend. Located in Providence Place Mall, clean and efficient with service. Can get busy tho. Only came here once and this was my first time trying this chain.

Waited over 30 minutes for a bubble waffle. They served 45 other people in that time. Did not even check in with us to see why we were still waiting around. Had to ask them about our order. We received it and it was cold and overcooked. They didn't even say a word or look at us when they gave it to us.
