Everything was AMAZING! This place is takeout only, and the pickup process was completely new to me. You use your phone to unlock a locker with your order. Absolutely no human interaction at all, but it was simple enough. We tried several different dishes, and they were all phenomenal! Updated from previous review on 2024-06-30

Love this place too. Finally vegan Chinese food 😋.

A quiet place to stop over and have a quick lunch for $14.95 plus the server was such a sweetheart to deal with. The place was clean, friendly service, great tasting food and a great view of providence.

Came in on a weekend and restaurant was well staffed and friendly. Dining seats are comfortable and lighting is the perfect tone. Service was prompt, attentive and friendly. Shoutout to our server Chip who brought a water to me without asking anticipating my needs. Would return!

I recently visited b.f. Chang and was very disappointed with the customer service. Despite the restaurant's appealing ambiance and promising menu, my experience was marred by the following issues:**Unattentive Staff:** Our server seemed distracted and was not attentive to our needs. We had to flag them down multiple times for water refills and to get our check.Overall, the poor service overshadowed what could have been a pleasant dining experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the service for future customers.

So good loved the Honey Chicken and the sushi rolls where presented differently but delicious. Sorry I did not take photos of food this time but I will definitely go back again. So fun to take photos of decorations. Our waiter Mr. CHIP, like chocolate Chip, is amazing and fast and extremely knowledgeable. Super fun guy?No variety of hot teas ciuld not order hot water and portions were small.
