These are good folks who make exceptional pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas and were so excited to finally try them. Unfortunately, I tripped right outside their door, went headfirst into the sidewalk and the pizzas came with me. We went back in to tell them what had happened, and sadly, they couldn't make us new pies, but they gave me a full refund for the whole order even though one of the pizzas was somewhat salvageable. The Pepperoni pizza that survived the crash was the best I've had in PVD. So get to Hotline right away, it's worth the pre order. But please, watch your step.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was really nicely done. A great Detroit style with an extremely crispy crust that was also light and airy. Very tasty sauce and some beautifully cupped pepperoni. It was a truly enjoyable pizza experience. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 9.2.

Hotline Pizza could be one of the best slices I've ever had! Looking forward to coming back.

Detroit should be looking up these guys. The pizza is so good they’re flying people from Denmark to try. Get your name in. Impressive, and the crunch is where it’s at. Love this pizza!

Not sure what the hype is all about way way overrated. Just another pizza place just way over priced.

Light, airy dough, (so it's not so heavy). The toppings do the work, and boy do they ever. Excellent people and friendly staff.

Easy pickup. Pizza was ready on time.

One of the most flavorful pizzas I've ever had. Not an all the time pizza, but it was great and will be back occasionally.

Finally got a chance to try Hotline Pizza. They are legit and kick out a great product. The latest ordering process is smooth. I went with a Roni and added sausage and bacon on half. It gets pricey but worth it. One of the best pizzas I've had in RI. Great overall tasting pizza and filling. The Detroit style is unique to the area. You be your own judge. Quality ingredients all around. I gave them an 8.3 of 10 on my scale. Pizza was ready for the scheduled pick-up time.

I hate writing restaurant reviews, but I want to show these guys some pizza solidarity. As a long time pizza cook, Hotline makes one of a handful of pies in the US that I’d actually pay money to eat.

Most of the one-star reviews here are from followers of a right wing website that attacks small businesses; if you read them carefully, it’s clear that none of these reviewers have ever even been to Rhode Island. The other complaints are about the old ordering system, which was weird but understandable for a tiny shop with crazy high demand.

Cheese, sauce, and crust are FLAWLESS. Their handling of traditional toppings shows a love of this beautiful medium we call pizza pie. Unconventional pies can be a red flag, but here they feel like playful variations on a strong foundation. The dudes, who seem like the owner and one or two others? Sweeties.

We got the specialty pizza with meatball, kale, ricotta, cheese. It was amazing. Cook to perfection and a little bit crispy just how we like it. We always keep coming back and trying different pizzas. And they never disappoint. It is definitely a must try!!

It’s a shame there are so many low reviews due to the difficulty ordering because the pizza is AMAZING. I hope they can soon scale the business to take more orders and maybe even have a sit down space.

I’ve wanted to try Hotline for a long time, but never got lucky with their infamous Instagram ordering system. They recently changed to Toast, which gives you about a 2 hour window where you can order each day starting at 10am (instead of the 2 second window you had before). While it still might not make everyone happy, it seems to work for their business model and gives more people a chance to try their product. And their product is very good.If you like Detroit style pizza, this is probably the best pizza in Providence. The crust is crisp and crunchy on the outside but fluffy on the inside, the ingredients for toppings are top notch, and the caramelized cheese makes it all the more delicious. It is super filling too, usually I can eat 3 slices of pizza in a sitting fairly easily, with Hotline I can barely finish 2. While it is a little pricey compared to other spots, it’s well worth it in my opinion. If you’ve wanted to try this pizza but didn’t have luck with the old ordering system, now is your time!
