At the time we went around 830am the place was empty, we where seated quickly and food came pretty quick. Bacon came out rubbery after asking for crispy.

TLDR: The late night menu is 50% more expensive and they don't offer the standard menu until 7:00.
We arrived at 5:40 and our orders were not taken until 6:10 am. That alone isn't a major issue but the menu we got was the late night menu, which understandably offers a limited menu from 10pm - 6am. Because we sat for longer than expected, we asked if we could have the full menus but they said they don't pull out the normal menus till 7:00 am, despite it being printed on the menu that it begins at 6:00 a.m. so we were stuck with ordering off the limited menu at prices that were 50% higher than standard. Our waitress was great but seems like they could use some standardization on the process.
Typical IHOP building layout with a rather large parking lot - one of the issues with this location is exactly that... it's location: a side of the city that feels industrial, right off a major interstate The other issue is the wait staff often appears to be troubled young adults by their character and customer service skills - they dont really take the job seriously

This IHOP is open. Finally went there. Service is good. Location not so good. Food was normal IHOP. They still won't answer the phone so don't bother calling them.
