I went to grab cookies during a late night trip to Providence and I definitely lucked out! Parking was ideal (for that moment). The line was somewhat out the door but the people working had the line moving smoothly so I was in and out in no time. I love their cookies, personally better than Crumbl and I wish they would open an Insomnia Cookies closer to me 😅
The two employees working around 11pm gave us attitude and when ordering didn't seem interested and slid the box we ordered over the counter. Cookies were great but the service was terrible.

It is a little place where you can drop by at night to fulfill your sweet cravings.
Let me tell you that they run out of their seasonal specials, and well, most of my favorite top selling cookies by 8-9pm. However, they always have the other original cookies. Even those cookies can cure your sweet tooth for the night!
The concept of this is amazing! It is open till late night.
Nice staff and delicious cookies. Loved that they tasted homemade and didn't have a chemical aftertaste. Family said the ice cream was a good quality too.

Gave this place a second chance. The employee that was on duty was all over the place once we got in, claimed to be alone but we seen a female walked from the back. He was putting together an online order then swore knowing my kid was there, which was unprofessional. Kept saying "I'm alone" "I'll be with you guys soon". Another customer walked in for her online order, were still waiting but at the same time he had dropped a trayful of cookies on the floor from the oven "I'm going to scream" he says, proceeds to come help us, while the other girl was cleaning up the dropped cookies. After we ordered and waiting he tossed a box on the counter and we assumed it was for the other customer who was waiting until my wife asked "is this ours or hers?". It turnt to be ours, he was unprofessional the entire time there, all over the place not organized. Hes in need of a retraining, that's not how you operate in a store.
2nd time I have been to this Palace of Sweets! Cookies are Phenomenal and they have Ice Cream too! Bonus part is they are Open Late Late! Highly Recommend!

Cookies were barely warm and they were pretty hard. I would much have fathered the cookies have been soft and gooey. I was disappointed and don’t plan to get insomnia cookies again.

I would give 5 stars but there’s an issue with drivers taking things. My husband put an order in last night and only the cookies were delivered, no ice cream. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and said she’d send another driver out and also send an extra pint of ice cream for the inconvenience. This driver only delivered one pint of ice cream, even though the manager promised two. If you choose to order just do pick up because the drivers aren’t trustworthy.

Even though I've purchased it at least 4 times before tonight, I was told i couldn't get a mini dippers w/ice cream today. When i asked what cookies i COULD get with ice cream, she told me they only came with icing to dip in, yet they had a full ice cream counter. You had already lost my business for months after the fiasco with my son's birthday cake, but your cookies are delicious, so I wanted to give you another chance. No point after tonight ?
*edited to add: tried again Oct 2024... gave me 2 wrong items out of 8. The receipt clearly shows what i ordered, so they either just have me whatever the heck they felt like, or substituted items and didn't bother to tell me - fail, either way. The blondie was rock hard on the outside and barely cooked on the inside. If someone orders a S'mores cookie, apple is not an acceptable substitute ??
