They had the cookie sheet paper in the cookie and still served it, my sis in law bit into it and we got raw cookies as well waiting about 20 mins, asked for 4 deluxe and got 3 and one wrong flavor, the manager or shift lead was awesome but there was this white girl with glasses who should not be there

Honestly, this is hands down one of my favorite spots. Insomnia Cookies beats crumble every single time. There was a period when I even had a membership until I realized I needed to get my life together But seriously, their cookies are that good. The salted caramel is a top favorite, along with the white chocolate macadamia nut. And you can't beat a classic snickerdoodle, it's perfect every time.

This was my first time ordering Insomnia, and it didn’t disappoint. The cookies were warm and delicious, flavors were yummy. We did have them delivered, and unfortunately, 3 cookies were missing from the original order. I would have just requested a refund for those 3, but they were GF specifically for one of my GF guests. They offered to bring them immediately with their next delivery driver. Shortly thereafter, they call me back, saying they made the entire order again (including the GF cookies) and assured me all would be included, and would deliver immediately! Amazing customer service, and went above and beyond by repeating the entire order and not just the 3 missing cookies. Will definitely order again.

The service I received last night was horrible. The girl kept rolling her eyes and giving attitude. When I asked her if she’s having a good day she said she closed for 5 nights in a row she’s tired.. still no excuse for poor service!!! Kept turning the music up to tune everyone out then when she realized it was too loud she turned it down. This girl was a mess
A recent promotion had me there TWICE in the same week! Perfect place for cookie cravings and sweetly satisfying! All their cookies are yum!

I was having a horrible day and I decided to uber eat some cookies from a place I’ve never tried, to cut a long story short uber messed up it was taking too long but after I had given up I got a magical text message, insomnia had saved the day and brought me my cookies plus bonus cookies which was nice! would rate higher if I could, thanks!☺️

I visited this location last night. I ordered 6 classic, and the new Reese's smores cookie. I was told the Reese's was in the oven and it wouldn't be done for about 20 minutes - so we waited. I initially wanted the Chai Latte cookie, but that was sold out, so I opted for the Reese's to try. They put the cookie in a separate box, from the original 6 that I ordered. I didn't check the box until I got home and realized that it was the wrong cookie. They gave me a Smore's Delight (or whatever it's called - as this cookie was chocolate based). So not only was I provided the wrong cookie, I was also charged more money then I should have as the Reese's cookie is cheaper online than the Chocolate Smore's cookie. As a first-time customer, this is not what I expected from this establishment.
