THE RESTAURANT IS COLD. THEY SHOULD AT LEAST SET THE TABLES SO IT LOOKS NICER. OUR WAITRESS DISAPEARED FOR A WHILE AND WE HAD TO FIND SOMEONE TO PASY THE CHECK WITH. THE VALET PARKING IS A NICE TOUCH.

Excellent service, food, and ambiance! Healthy, delicious, and filling food. Elegant dining with a super cool fish tank at the entrance. Not noisy at all. Super friendly staff. Plenty of gluten free options. Will dine here again when we are in town!!!

Amazing every time - they always take a minute to accommodate you, smile, very courteous. And food always great. It's our favorite family destination!

My recent anniversary dinner at Jacky's in Providence was truly memorable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible staff, particularly Steph. The food, as always, was fantastic – a perfect choice for a special occasion. However, it was Steph's exceptional attentiveness and genuine care that elevated our evening from great to unforgettable. I accidentally left my card behind, and without hesitation, Steph literally ran me down to return it. This act of kindness and dedication went above and beyond, ensuring a smooth and stress-free end to our celebration. It's these moments of outstanding service that truly set a restaurant apart. Thank you, Jacky's, for a wonderful meal, and a massive thank you to Steph for making our anniversary dinner truly special with her thoughtfulness and quick action! We'll definitely be back.

The service was incredibly slow. We waited 20-30 minutes just to pay our bill, which is unacceptable. Our server Jacqui was nice but either had too many tables or didn't know how to multitask. Gyoza was good. Sushi was average and not the best. Nice view of the water fire.

Great restaurant and summer outdoor seating area, highly enjoyed our time! Sushi and chicken entrees were great.

Best Asian-food restaurant in Providence. The vegetables are always fresh, and the seasonings so tasty. One hidden gem of an appetizer that is fantastic (and I always save some to eat cold for breakfast or lunch) is the sweet potato tempura. Amazing! The pad thai also particularly tasty. we love Jacky's!!

Kayla is amazing, great server!! Very friendly and always pay attention to details. I always had a great time when I go there.

Great atmosphere, sushi is very good but they fail on the soup dumplings. The soup dumplings collapse and didn’t have any liquid inside. They still kept it on the bill even when we complaint.

Has a great time dining outside at the Jacky's Waterplace patio. What a beautiful view! The food was delish! Our server Kylie was so sweet and attentive and made us feel so comfortable. The calamari was the best I've had! Loved the spice and cooked perfectly! I will be back for that and the mango roll!

Service and views are good, food wasn’t the greatest. I’ve come here a few times back in 2020 but this time the food wasn’t great. The sushi and salmon was good but the dumplings sample was nothing close to good. The waitress saw the plate full only 2 pieces missing and asked me if she should bring over her manager, I didn’t think that was necessary. I would give this restaurant one more chance but this last visit was disappointing.
