Excellent sushi, shumai, dumplings, and fried ice cream. I highly recommend the Mr. Mango sushi roll. The inside is very nice and a great place for a romantic date.

It was PACKED , because not only was it a Full Waterfire lighting it was a Celebration for Veterans and Jackie's had a full house and yet was able to accommodate everyone in a timely manner and serve everyone with grace

I came here with my gf for an anniversary dinner on Wednesday night. Valet service was quick and easy. We got seated fast, it was not busy at all. Service was good and prompt. Food came out super fast, and it was tasty. Server (Kevin) was good at answering questions. Overall this is a fantastic date place for dinner. All items were delicious. Ambiance was nice. No complaints at all. It is on the pricier side of things but that is to be expected due to it being downtown.

The air condition unit was SO LOUD! They sat us directly on the side of it and it chirped very loudly like a cricket our entire dinner! They really need to fix that. Ruined the whole experience to be honest.

The food was amazing and we had a number of different dishes from lo mein, dim sum, sushi, general tzo's shrimp, and sesame chicken. They were all great! We were on a time constraint and our waitress made it happen. Food was there in no time and she was a fantastic waitress. Our entire party loved it and look forward to going again the next time we are in Providence.

They can't handle a Waterfire night. Reservation was 45 mins before seating. Bathroom was disgusting with no to or soap. Bar was packed and took forever for a drink. Food was good but service and cleanliness was terrible

Amazing pork gyoza! We got the general Taos chicken, vegetable fried rice, calamari, and sushi. The calamari was too big of pieces, and plain. The sushi & fried rice were good.

Both service and food was terrific. However, I noticed they have removed the table clothes and left the tables bare. It definitely felt like they have lowered the standards as far as decor is concerned. I actually had to place my cloth napkin over the area of the table i ate on as it was a bit sticky. Otherwise, both the food and service was great!

My mom and I shared an appetizer, sushi roll, entree, and a bottle of wine for less than $100. Our server, Keeley, was such a pleasure to interact with, gave us excellent food recommendations, and was cautious about my food allergy. I'll certainly go back next time I'm in Providence!

Absolutely love Jackie's. The food is always fresh and you have many choices of various Asian cuisine. They have a lunch special that is so reasonably priced with great food choices. Parking for lunch is no problem they validate for the parking lot across the street at a reasonable discount. At night they have complimentary valet. This is definitely a hidden gem and an excellent value for your dollar.
