The ambiance is excellent just the quality of the food did not live up to the same standard. I would have to get totally different order to try if I go again

I found a metal staple inside my sushi roll, and the manager I spoke to seemed totally unfazed by this. They were unwilling to provide any kind of credit or apology and suggested I take the issue up with Uber Eats.

A Mixed Bag

Jacky's Waterplace in Providence, RI, offers a delightful dining experience with fantastic food and exceptional service. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is attentive and friendly. However, there's a significant caveat: the treatment of the server by management left a sour taste in my mouth.

The food was simply delicious. From the appetizers to the entrees, everything was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The flavors were bold and satisfying, making for a memorable meal. The service was top-notch. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the way the server was treated by management. I witnessed firsthand what seemed to be a disrespectful and unprofessional interaction, which was disheartening. It's a shame that such a positive dining experience could be overshadowed by negative interactions behind the scenes.

Despite the unfortunate incident, I would still recommend Jacky's Waterplace. The food and service were outstanding, and I hope that management will take steps to improve the working environment for their staff.

Kid-friendliness: Not friendly towards kids unless they are adventurous in the world of sushi.
