I had a really good experience. I ordered the Mongolian Beef, and it was hot and tasty. Delivery was fast and handled through the restaurant’s website. The delivery fees aren’t crazy expensive, and everything went smoothly. Definitely I will order again!

What has happened to the Jade Tree. It used to be so good. I haven't been there in 4 years and decided to get some takeout. I ordered the sesame chicken. Normally it's a nice orangish color. What I picked up was very red and tasted as if it had ketchup in it. The chicken was overcooked and there was barely any broccoli. I'm not sure what has been going on at the Jade Tree over the past few years. It's no longer one of the best Chinese restaurants in RI. I was so disappointed.

Honestly I wish you were able to see into the restaurant from outside, I feel like a fool never getting food from here. I’ve lived on the hill for over a decade and I finally ordered pick up from here. The food is incredible.

This place is absolutely amazing, the food is just top tier. When I first came here, I thought it was like a fast food restaurant but then the food came out…. And it was so GOURMETTT. Everything was absolutely delicious and deserves to be shared with everyone. the workers were also so adorable and sweet. they made sure we had everything we needed. I’m very glad my sister shared this place with me. Will always be going here.

absolutely incredible! always extremely flavorful and fresh, with a special shout-out to their incredible crab rangoons, boba, and their sesame/general tso chicken, which is crispy, tender, and saucy without being too greasy. one of my favorite restaurants of all time.

The best Asian food in Rhode Island. Always fresh, hot and seasoned properly. Great portions. They use their own driver on UBER and he Always brings correct orders, hot and never damaged. We ordered all different kinds of dishes and every one is great.
Terrible food. The spicy chicken wing thai style - Chicken meat was tough. sauce was was very sugary. Pork dumpling - The dough wrapper was half cooked, The stuffing was some meat. Did not taste like pork. Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura - This was mostly veggies with two little shrimps. Don't waste your money at this place.

This place is horrible im a door dasher.. me and my wife dash for extra money, every time I come in there to pick up food they always have a attitude problem and act like I'm bothering them. I dont ever say anything about there rudeness. But tonight I went in there to pick up an order, I asked to use the bathroom he tells me it's for customers only then I said but im a dasher deliver your food and he told me oh the bathroom is unavailable next time I get a door dash order for here I will deny it and I'm also gonna reach out to door dash also and complain and see what they say.

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I’m gluten free, and allergic to egg and they made pad Thai that was allergy friendly and absolutely delicious. The staff was kind and knowledgeable about allergies as well, which made me feel safe. Highly recommend!
