First time going and I love the food. I got chicken and waffles which was very good. Loved the jalapeño maple syrup and good was good and strong the I like it. Staff was very friendly and I liked the industrial / Mediterranean feel of the place. Will go there again for dinner!

Was in the neighborhood to pick something up from Facebook and decided breakfast was a good idea. A better idea was to eat it here. Place is immaculate. To be honest it doesn't have the breakfast "feel". I am used to eating at greasy spoons and this place is the total opposite. Anyways, I had the crabcake benedict....oh my. I was expecting peppers and maybe onion in the crabcake but nope!! (I don't like peppers or onions). The homefries were freaking awesome too. Soft and seasoned. I live like 35-40 min away but I will definitely go again. Went around 9AM and it was not packed at all. I am guessing a lot of people might not know how good this place is or something. I really recommend it. The prices were normal in spite of how fancy the place looks. Give it a shot! Oh the service was good too. I don't remember our server's name (sorry) but he kept checking on us...yeah I know it wasn't busy but hey it's noticeable. I would have taken pictures of my food but once that plate was put down....I got to work!

It is unfortunate that the owners of this restaurant care so little about the neighborhood. They let Matt's beautiful rooftop garden go to weed and never bothered to clean up those planters. A banner has been hanging balled up from the top of the restaurant for months. On moving in, they damaged one of the outdoor heaters and Have not fixed it. It is very sad. The sign that says they are open is there all the time. And

Stopped in here with some friends while visiting Providence. What a neighborhood gem! The omelet was one of the best I've ever had and it was hard to choose a side because they all sounded so good. I went with cinnamon apples, which were very tasty and also sampled a friend's homefries - kinda wish I'd had my own plate. The servers were friendly and the ambience is eclectic and charming. Looks like there will be outdoor rooftop dining at some point - hopefully will be ready the next time I visit!

I really think long and hard before I leave a review of two stars but I just can't leave an honest three star review for this restaurant. I've eaten there twice and the first time was better than the second; both times were for breakfast. The positives: the portion sizes are very generous and I really do love the taste of the pancakes. While the space is quite large and open as others have said it is a little oddly decorated but it's fine. The negatives: The service is painful. We asked for the same things repeatedly and they weren't very receptive to requests. It was frustrating to ask repeatedly for the same thing. I got the bill and realized I was charged for a $4 soda refill. I wouldn't have asked for a refill if I would have known it was an additional charge. The bill was a lot higher than other local diners such as Wayland Square Diner and the Brickway, and frankly the food, atmosphere, and service is not as good. So all in all it's not a place I'll return to based on what I detailed above. I would highly recommend to the owner to let people know refills are not free before charging them and improving service. It really leaves a sour taste from your visit.

We were very excited to try Jazzy's and were all disappointed. Food quality was below average. Hash browns way too salty, eggs rubbery, hollandais had very little flavor. Serving size was decent but we felt overpriced for what we got. Service was fine, atmosphere is bizarre. The space is sunny in the morning with large windows. We will not go back.

Now for dinner – try the chicken pot pie.Jazzy’s just added dinner service Thursday-Saturday with new menu items. They have some attributes which make them easy to patronize: simple parking, reasonable pricing, nice view toward Lippett Park. The evening dinner is new – previously they have been breakfast & lunch. They have some good items worth trying. My fav on the lunch menu is the “Cuban” - not that common in the Northeast but Jazzy’s does it well.Let me STRONGLY suggest you try the chicken pot pie on the dinner menu – way worth it. I was hesitant as, in my experience, most restaurants serve a glorified Swanson’s frozen pie like you get in the grocery store and your mom served you for lunch as a kid because it was easy. Not so with Jazzy’s, theirs is TRULY good like you’d expect from visiting your grandma on the farm – homemade good. Both the Cuban & chicken pot pie are under $15. You may have other tastes, but sampling Jazzy’s might be worth your while.

Breakfast was good though very pricey ($19 for one pancake, home fries, and bacon before tax/tip!) but the real issue was the wait…. We ordered 2 mimosas and a martini that took over an hour to get to our table. We had to ask three times for a pitcher of water for the table and it wasn’t brought over until most of the food was finished. We also didn’t get two of the sides that were ordered though we were charged for them.
