Just ordered food from here via a delivery app, also want to mention when people order sandwiches it would be ideal to leave the customer some napkins, especially if they’re ordering multiple sandwiches, you expect me to wipe my mouth with my shirt? Or the brown paper bag the food comes in? It’s common sense, leave your customers some napkins it’s not hard. Ridiculous

I generally like Mike's. Italian and turkey subs. Mike's way etc. Better than average. I just started eating meat again after 30 years of being a pescatarian. I hadn't tried a steak and cheese in that long so went for it. The worst I've ever had. The meat was like old shoe leather. Gristle, Iremember the ones I used to get at Baldacci's in Quincy mass. Juicy steak bombs.This made me feel sick. Gross.

Let me start by saying that the food at Jersey Mike's is good. The service at this location needs improvement. I went in the evening to order a sandwich. There were two people on the grill. A young lady took my sandwich order and was distracted then handed my order off to another person. There were 2 young men that the employee was chatting with, standing against the wall. she comes around from behind the deli case and proceeds to take a picture of them as they requested. Apparently, that was more important a customer. I asked if a manager was on duty and I was told that the manager left to go buy Band-Aids.

They are extremally disrespectful and ignored my requests when I'm a paying customer. I swear on my life on September 30, 2023 I will bring my gang to raid this store. I dare them try to refuse my steak and cheese or they will be tasting iron soon.

Today was the day we realized that were never eating here again. There food is decent but we also noticed how unprofessional and disrespectful the manager is here.
