Rude waitress. Seeing as I was alone, she asked if I could just order take-out, presumably because I wouldn't order a lot, hence, not a lot of tip for her. It wasn't even that busy and there were no lines.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I had a fantastic dining experience at Johnny Rockets in Providence Place Mall. From the moment I walked in, the service was prompt, friendly, and welcoming—exactly what you hope for in a casual dining setting. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows.
The food was excellent. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection, and served hot. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned—a great complement to the meal. Portion sizes were just right, and everything was served quickly without sacrificing quality.
One of the highlights was the pricing—very reasonable for the quality and speed of service, especially in a mall setting where food often feels rushed or overpriced. Johnny Rockets proved to be a standout, combining classic diner charm with modern efficiency.

The burger was relatively good. Better quality than normal fast food but certainly less than restaurant quality. The fries and tots on the other hand were very bad. No seasoning or taste whatsoever. The vibes were great tho, amazing classic diner vibes.

HORRIBLE LOCATION. Extremely poor customer service in need of retraining. Staff are always on their phones not to mention wears AirPods on the job. I was not acknowledged as I waited in line to avoid the Kiosk. My time was wasted so I went to the kiosk as I ordered. I then waited to be seated in the booth again NOBODY ACKNOWLEDGED ME. I then proceeded to sit in the booth and was kicked out. I asked why and the black African American women said “u had to wait for me” I’m sorry you was never around to be begin with nor paying attention. So I asked to be seated in booth, she still kicked me out although I was paying customer and made no exception I argued I was ignored from the beginning. Staff were still on their phones as I spoke including cooks. I said I’d leave a bad review and the brown lady laughed. These people don’t know how to run a kitchen how embarrassing. Please retain your staff for better customer service.

Was at the tablet looking through the menu while the waitress impatiently stared at us. Then me and my friend both saw a rat/ mouse scurry across the kitchen right past the waitress’ feet and she pretended not to notice. Suffice to say we warned other patrons and left. Disgusting 🤮

I expected an actual Jonny Rockets, this is just another place at the food court not a sit down restaurant. Decent shake, horrible onion rings, overcooked very very under seasoned burger. WAY over priced.
It’s a large mall so it’s noisy. But the customer service is exceptional. The manager Carmen literally runs the main dining area and the counter tops. She is incredibly hard working. I always leave a large tip when I visit. She makes it more than a burger place.
I can say awesome and Super food at the Johnny rocket bacon cheese burger and grilled cheese. I thank specially the chef Daniel who is so awesome guy who cooks very well and takes care very well .
