Nasty. I had a hair in my burger and the pepsi was flat. Used to be a decent quick bite but it's far gone now

We asked to sit in the dining area, but because we accidentally ordered through the take out line they refused, at first I was okay with it, but while I was waiting for my food another customer did the same thing as us and they let them in, I even offered to give a good tip, was proud going to 30% of my order.... What you do for one customer, you should do for all customers

$16 for a single burger with an extra slice of cheese? Are you kidding me? I was already in it too deep when I saw the price, so I paid it. They were missing an item on the burger (no mushrooms) so I chose jalapeño instead. The burger was a bit small and very messy. I don't mind a messy burger, I do mind paying the price of a good steak for a small burger. I am horrified at the price charged, I did opt for a 10%, so that accounts for about $1.50ish. What a damn scam to sell food for so much.

Johnny Rockets in the Providence Place Mall was pretty disappointing. We stopped by there at 11:40 and the dining area was closed. The manager said it would be open at noon. We didn't want to sit at the bar so we said we'd come back at noon. When we got back, the dining area still wasn't open and the manager said the server was running late and they couldn't open that area until she arrived. We ended up sitting at the bar and the seats were too close together for my comfort. I was pretty excited when I saw the Impossible burger, vegan cheese and vegan milkshakes on the menu. But when I tried to order them, I was told that they had the burger, but not the cheese or milkshake and that their menus needed to be updated. Then we tried to put money in the juke box and low and behold, the manager informed us that none of them work anymore. The server showed up at 12:25 in a wrinkly shirt. The manager did check in with us frequently and was friendly, but the ambiance was not up to par with Johnny Rockets reputation. They only have Pepsi products too. Lol! I'm a Diet Coke person, but hey, I should probably drink more water anyway. My Impossible burger was pretty good. I doubt I'll go back.

Johnny Rockets is located in the Providence Place Mall food court. Jonny Rockets is an All-American restaurant that serves up an entertaining experience in a retro diner atmosphere. There are counter seats and diner seats. The first time I came here I sat at the counter seats. You can see the burgers being made there. Service was quick. I had the Route 66 single burger and it has swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, caramelized onions & mayonnaise. I really enjoyed the juiciness and freshness of the burger. The second time I sat in the dining area. I ordered the Spicy Houston single burger. This burger had jalapenos, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato and homemade Smokin Chipotle Ranch. I really enjoyed the spicy kick to this burger. My husband had the Smoke House single burger which had bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onion rings and homemade Smoke House BBQ Ranch. The burger was still steaming when we received it. We ordered Onion Rings to share. The onion rings were crispy and fried really well. Each of the burgers are 100% fresh, never frozen certified angus beef patty, and grilled to perfection. It is always juicy. Service is great. Burgers come out on a paper plate.

Quick counter service, diner fare, fun place to eat in the food court of the mall.

Horrible staff, service and really bad attitude especially the big hispanic guy that was cooking the burgers. I went there just to order something quick but the order wasn’t properly done. Went back there to see if they can fix it and everyone went berserk and started speaking spanish and insulting me for them not making the order the way it is?!? Funny thing is that I’m hispanic myself but i stayed calm and just listened to every word they said. Wish there was 0 stars to qualify them on their service. Hopefully this review makes it to headquarters and probably get people who can handle this matter ASAP. It’s not acceptable and customers weren’t happy the way they acted just for something simple.

If I could I would give them a negative 1. Ok so we ordered our food and watched 2 male employees and 1 female employee walk around in circles confused while people had to use a dirty terminal to order food. Then one employee took one couples order and then went on walking around in circles again. We waited 23 mins on our food then the clueless female employee gave it to the wrong person. See never called out our name because I was watching the whole time. We had to go to the other customers and get our food because they was about to walk off with it. The only person that was actually working was the man on the grill. He did his job and held it down while everyone else just collected hourly wages. I will never I repeat never go to this Johnny Rockets again. This place shouldn’t even be in the mall if they can’t complete simple task burgers and fries. The manager and employees should find work somewhere else. Once again the only person that was doing anything was the guy on the grill. Oh and everyone else was saying the same thing while watching this circus. Never again!!!

There are better burgers in providence, your paying for the convince of grabbing a burger before or after the movies but it’s not worth it. Was not acknowledged at all when I sat down. Another customer got in line at the register to place his order so I got behind him and placed mine. A burger a small fries and a milk shake. I wasn’t told they only have one size fry which (was not small could not finish). I received my order in two bags fry in one bag burger in the other no napkins and my milk shake about 5 min later no straw. Just felt like a waste of time.

Prime location in the food court. Ordering kiosk is in an awkward location located right in front of the cash register so it feels like you're blocking every one. Card reader is below the monitor which ends up being below the counter. Service was super slow. It took over 15 minutes for a bacon cheddar burger with fries. Adding a soda (only size is like a medium) cost us about $25. Hubby and I got 2 combo meals at the new Brazilian grill on the opposite side of the food court for the same price (no drinks though)Although slow and quite pricy, 12 year old son finished the whole burger and highly enjoyed it. Usually a picky and slow eater- he gobbled it up fairly quick. He said it was cooked perfectly and well seasoned.
