These ass clowns will upsell you without notifying you and definitely screw up your order. They gave me enough coleslaw to feed 12 people instead of the small serving for 2 that should have came with it. They gave me enough mash for 12 people and no gravy, just a bowl of wall spackle.

I bought a meal at this store and was standing outside waiting for my food to be ready. After 10 minutes, I went to the door and it was locked. Then I went to the drive-thru and when I got to the window, they told me someone else had taken my order. How is that possible? I will never buy from KFC again. After that bad experience, I'm buying from Popeyes, and everything is better than ever.

Live nearby 1st time stopping at this branch. Must say was pleasantly surprised food was hot,fresh and delicious. Staff were very professional and efficient I was in restaurant for less than 5 minutes and on my way and there were at least 7 customers in restaurant... My visit was on 4/1/2025 @2:38pm neuza took my order ticket number #3926. Will definitely frequent this branch as all the above has met and exceeded my expectations.

I TRIED CALLING TO CHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER AND THEY PICKED UP MY CALL ONLY TO HANG UP AGAIN. I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB OF TRAINING THE WORKERS. NEVER ORDERING
