Today I ordered this for my son and I and when I got home I opened the case this is what they gave me. I'm missing my son's order, and my order is missing 1 piece of chicken and two cases of fries. Also they didn't add spoons. this is horrible.

I visit Providence RI on a yearly basis for family matters and go to this KFC. Best tasting KFC chicken above anything I've had in NYC. Extremely clean dining area, sure you have to ask for a key for the restroom but the restroom is extremely clean for a fast food restaurant so I hope they continue with this policy.

One of the best KFC I've been to in awhile. The chicken is full of meat and the sides were fresh. The sandwich was also very fresh and crispy. The interior was very clean and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Bathrooms for customer use only??? What in the world? I find this extremely revolting for a business to do. I live next door and our basement had a leak, so we weren't able to use water for a few hours Until they fixed it. this was the closest business to my home. I had to buy food just to use the restroom,absolutely disgusting!! I don't even eat KFC!

After coming here for many years. I will enter come to this location again and I highly suggest everyone avoid this location as well. Especially at night, I went there on numerous occasions most of the time a good 45 minutes prior to them closing, and be told they are out of most of the items for the night. Or most recently was told the cook is done cooking for the evening. Tonight I went to this location at 8:15pm and ordered the $20 Family Filler Box. Was again told they were out of all the nuggets. Won't make any fresh and only offered me 2 small pieces of chicken as a substitute but was told "that's about it". They are always extremely rude. I wanted this bundle for my kids for dinner and when I spoke to my partner about what else we could get them. I heard the girl chuckle.I always buy big bundles everytime I'm here but from here on out I will no longer be coming to this location. I rather drive out of my way than interact with this rude staff who take it on themselves to stop cooking sometimes an hour prior to closing hours.Avoid this location and save yourself the stress
