A little bit TOO much lol
their “the apple” special is genuinely the best icecream i have ever had. huge sizes, great toppings, and the waffle was so soft and warm. came out so quick too. the service was really nice as well.
Had the Graham Canyon. 10/10, delicious 😋
We stopped in to try a seasonal special called “The Apple”, which was apple pie-flavored ice cream with caramel swirl topped with crumbles of apple cider donuts from Jaswell’s Farm. It was excellent! This was probably one of the best fall ice cream specials we’ve had around RI this season.
We noticed that the business has switched to accepting only cash tips for employees (as of October 2025), so if you plan on tipping, be sure to bring a little cash.
The service continues to be efficient and the employees continue to be friendly.
Ice cream texture is good smooth and creamy but lacks strong flavor. Price is a bit steep for what you get. Waffle is adequate but the texture is a bit too soft for holding ice cream it also is lacking in flavor.
Cool spot!
Gimmicky $10.50 sundaes in soft waffle cones. Was expecting standard ice cream shop options. Glad that I tried it but wouldn't do it again.
divine. love it.
Get the Mango! It’s out of this world!
It’s the best ice cream place in Pvd.

I can’t find words to describe my experience with this place. First time to go was around 1 week ago and we had horrible experience.
The Oreo ice cream had hair in it and when I informed them, they apologised and gave us another one. Guess what, the other one also had same issue, found hair in the ice cream. I returned it again to them, the girl apologised and said she will issue a refund for us. She never issued. I would give it zero star if it’s an option.
Never going back to this place.
Best in town!
Huge portions great prices great taste
So worth it if you're looking for fresh flavors but bored of paying $7 for a cone anywhere else. Kow Kow is a bit pricier ($10 cone) but the bubble waffles are amazing! My favorite is milk + matcha. Some of the toppings tend to fall off easily so catching them can be a bit messy. It's like if ice cream was a mini game. Great location for the occasional treat.
sometimes you spend $10 on a single food item and realize later that it was not worth it. This is not one of those places. Generous portion (you could prob split a single scoop + waffle with another person) and soooo yummyyyy can’t wait to come again
