I love bubble tea and have tried so many different places, but this one is by FAR the best . Boba is cooked perfectly and has a unique taste. I recommend the winter melon milk tea, so earthy, and just the right amount of sweet !

Great food and service. I got some boba there and I couldn’t help myself but get another! I highly recommend Kung Fu Tea for my tea lovers out there. Atmosphere was very fitting and calm and the costumers seemed very happy. Clearly a 5 star tea house. Also- very cheap items for low spenders!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids here! They seemed very kind and were very helpful peaceful. They did not cause a scene. Take your kids here! It is an amazing place to relax with toddlers!!

Exceptional customer service. I ordered taro slush forgot to mention the sugar level. When I remembered and asked the employee they already made the drink. The employee offered me to make the drink again if I feel the drink is too sweet. I would have just thrown away the drink if he did not remake it for me. Thank you for saving my slush ?

Cute little boba tea plays nestled in the the area around University. Prices are not too bad. Server could have acted like they weren't depressed because when I came in they were just like oh hi, are you guys together? Very like depressing but other than that drinks are made fairly quickly and had a great time when I was there.

Love this place since all drinks are made with Lactaid (lactose-free) milk. I got the almond milk tea with bubbles @ 30% sugar. Service was nice and quick, and the boba was cooked perfectly. Nice relatively atmosphere for studying as well
