On February 17, 2026, the employees of this store may be the laziest person in the world, they prepared the order in 1 hour, I have never seen such a disgrace, now I'm angry and wrote here, I hope the authorized people will find a solution to this.

Ordered food thru Grubhub application. The Grubhub driver left the food on the street side walk. We contacted the restaurant to inform them of the issue. The manager of the restaurant picked up the phone and said that it was none of his business and gave us an attitude as if he did not care. The food was cold and stale due to the cold wintwr weather outside. Will never patronize this establishment again.

I was told my order would take 30 minutes for my order but ended up waiting over an hour. I looked at my receipt when I got home and was charged an extra 10% fee. Idk the way they spoke to me while I was there, the wait time and how well they spoke with Spanish speaking customers make me feel like this was discriminatory behavior. I was made to pay in advance for my order but ended up missing my event.

What was the 10% fee on my order? Why did the cashier have a attitude and start screaming when I was upset about my order taking so long? I didn't yell or scream I just calmly expressed my displeasure.
By the time I left there, the gentleman who I previously spoke with in English forgot how to speak English and had a customer translate to tell me they were packing up my order. I don't speak Spanish but I understand a little bit and I tried to ignore some of the rude things being said while I was there but I cant ignore that I was charged $150 for some beans and rice and some plantains and poor service.

I debated on whether I wanted to post this because I know the company doesn't take criticism well and usually claps back at reviews. I just hope they make some changes to their poor customer service and bias practices.

Amazing Service and very friendly waitress. She politely took our orders and recommended dishes that we loved. We also tried the tres leche cake that she said we should try. It was great we all left with our bellies extra full. 5/5 Will be back again! thanks!🙏🏻
