The price for the food is great. You get more for your money and it’s not too expensive. I love that I asked to try a side dish and with great hospitality the sever set a small plate aside for me to try. It was so delicious. Will be coming back again.

The food is good. But the service is terrible. These ladies seem in a bad mood and it bothers them when a client arrives. I don't know if it's because they are a woman, but they don't deserve a tip nor do they have a greeting or a smile for the client.

My first time ordering and I ordered on Uber eats. I ordered beef with the gravy and chose the yellow rice option, as you get to pick. I also ordered the fried pork that comes with the rice, beans and salad. When my food was delivered, the order had fried beef instead of fried pork, no salad and white rice instead of yellow rice. I tried calling the restaurant to inform them of the error but they were closed.
It was apparent that they substitute whatever they want, if possibly they ran out of something or were close to closing. If it was one error I wouldn’t necessarily think this way but it was a few things and I had not read previous reviews. As I sit to write this review, I see that others have had similar experience, so I’m convinced it was intentional. People make mistakes. However, intentionally substituting is highly inappropriate when you are running a business. You cannot just substitute what you want and think that it’s ok. You have to think higher of your business and customers. Also, if you are going to offer a menu with several choices, whether it’s opening time, breakfast, lunch, dinner or closing time, it is your responsibility to have available what you advertise. The food was overall good, but consider that customers maybe allergic to what you substitute etc. Point blank, just respect the customer’s chosen option or not put things on the menu that you cannot keep up with in inventory. You’ll gain and keep more customers that way.

I used to go to this place a lot before they changed, we were happy to eat good food and a good portion of food, now you go and it seems that they charge for the food from the bitter old woman who has been there since the years of Christ, even if she knows one For so many years she has made food for you as if they were charging her for it, she even takes food back from your plate and wants to charge you even more, they really did a lot of damage, that lady should no longer serve the public.

The food was good, but they definitely switched my order. I don't know how it's done on doordash, but first I saw that they had added a flan to my order, and then they removed the rice pudding I had ordered. Don't get me wrong, I like flan, but that's not how this works. AT LEAST ASK ME. I went to double check if I had made a mistake.... the receipt says "flan", but in the app it says "order rice pudding again"? (This is the first time I have ordered from them). Also I came to check reviews and I see they have done this to other people. Food was yummy (5 stars). The weird switch, not cool (zero stars). The result 3 stars but I will not order again because I dont trust them now.

Even though the food tasted good, the prices were just too high. The music was playing too loud by one speaker (not stereo) that sounded brittle and harsh. The music was bursting our ears that my wife and I decided to get up and leave before finishing eating. Not a very pleasant experience. Also, the overall appearance of the restaurant was not very appealing. The owner definitely needs to remodel the place, change the tables and metal hard chairs. I also noticed a somewhat careless service attitude.
