We went for a quick bite, it was pretty quiet and the service was good. I had hot chicken sliders, loved the potato bun and tenders with very good sauce! My friend had the garlic parm wings and he said he loved it!! I would def go back to try more.

I had a great experience with our waitress, who also was so nice that we came back the next night and she was our hostess. The vibes were great up until one of the bouncers blantently treated me with absolutely no respect. I have been coming here for a while, and have also been to plenty of other establishments, and have never experienced the rudeness from the bouncer, which i ended up finding his name is David. I understand the job of a bouncer and doorman, and to have strict rules to follow by, but talking rudely to your coworkers is absolutely unacceptable and should not be supported by upper management.

The past couple days have been horrendous. We need the goat back. Pete is nice. Kind knows everybody by name. Great customer service and is elite and you definitely don't want to mess with him when he's angry These two new guys decided not to allow the seniors in allowed younger people in and have us waiting outside. They show no form of customer service. I've seen them disrespect some of the staff and tell them that they're the boss and they're in charge. It's ridiculous when things were going great and they switched it up with these guys. I hope it doesn't continue this way because this is the worst I've seen. Ladder 133 the place I love to go. Pete told me that the seniors get priority. He knows all the seniors by name and who they are but now the non seniors and the younger crowd and who's taking over for real because of these new guys who don't know nothing about what they're doing. Where did Pete go? These guys are so rude. Don't want it. Say hi if you talk to them. They're mean no one wants to come to a place like this if you have guys like that Here I am thinking I'm going to brunch there like I usually do but none of the girls want to go because security made them feel less than people don't even feel comfortable there anymore because of 2 days of extreme unprofessionalism by new security horrible job Pete is trending on yik yak everyone wants and needs him because that's what makes ladder safe. One man can make a huge difference

This place used to be so fun but new workers are ruining the atmosphere. They are rude and show no empathy to waiting customers, even if they are waiting in the pouring rain for entry. We miss Peterson and wish that the management cared about their customers.

I not only eat here, I provide entertainment here and this sports bar is top notch from ownership to the wait staff. Friendly and inviting atmosphere with amazing food and cocktails. I would definitely recommend Ladder 133 to anyone who hasn’t been.

I’ve always pass by this place when I’m going into the highway and I can finally say I had a chance to stop in. Our server Lauren was so cool, calm and provided us with some excellent service. The food was delicious, the chicken and waffles was delicious!! The chicken was crispy and salty and it when well with the sweet waffle. The offer all you can drink mimosas for $20 Saturday and Sunday with a brunch menu. You are also able to order from the regular menu as well. This is a really good hangout spot for local and new arrivals into Providence.

Planned to have dinner and drinks here but after one app took 45 minutes with only 8 other customers in the whole place, we needed to leave. Server was unsure what beers were available, but later told me they didn’t have something that was clearly available on tap. There was also an issue switching over the video/audio feed for the next football game (staff said someone had requested a specific game to be on, but that game had ended, and they continued to play the postgame, then a talk show rather than changing to another game). I typically wouldn’t make a big deal out of what games are being shown, but when a bar has numerous TVs and advertises that they have Sunday Ticket, I expect they’re attentive to the games and keep up when one ends and another begins.
