L’Artisan Cafe in Wayland Square is such a gem. The space is cozy, bright, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed breakfast, brunch, or coffee break. The food is consistently fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with pastries that feel authentically French and absolutely delicious. Their coffee is smooth and well-balanced, and the service is friendly without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer and soak in the neighborhood vibe.
I love this café so much. The pastries are good, but the coffee is amazing—especially their flavored iced lattes. They use Illy coffee and espresso, which is perfect for lattes because you can really taste the espresso without any bitterness, and the flavors are never overly sweet.
Used to love the dark roast coffee...last 2 times definitely different. Less boldness, flavor. I was reassured by staff the proportions had not changed. Tried again, weak again.
