Poor customer service
I called them to replace my order with a spring roll instead of an egg roll. They said only Uber Eats can fix it, but Uber said the restaurant can help. I didn’t get any help from the restaurant. Just be mindful when you place an order. if you want to replace something, even when it’s the same price and the food isn’t ready yet, the restaurant will still decline your request.

Got this for our company catering. Good food but missing the home maid duck sauce. The egg rolls, I think we're spring rolls. Otherwise it got wipped out by staff.

I usually get delivery and it goes smoothly yesterday over an hour and they were not here canceled order but lady wouldn't take no for ana answer too bad just was a weird day ordered 230 had to canceled for 345 new driver or not that's crazy it would have been cold by the time it got to me got dominoes which was here in less than 25 mins

They have an attitude simply because they are in a college area. Their food is sub par they over charge on their menu because they are next to pc. Stop over charging for food not all of us have daddy’s credit card
