The food is mediocre, but sometimes you feel lazy and just want comfort food delivered. In last two orders, one got the drink wrong and the other forgot it all together. Only thing they can do is give refund.

I went to get a pizza and brought it home. When my mom opened it, she saw it was completely burnt. So I had to go back to the store by myself to ask for a new one. The manager looked at the pizza, agreed it was burnt, and threw it on the floor. Then a worker gave me attitude. The worker started opening other pizzas in front of me, but they were all burnt too. It was really frustrating.

I actually called for a delivery manager told me that it wasn't her fault delivery driver grabbed wrong food? Question why wait 40 mins and no accountability dealing with a customer 3 times a week and gives me a attitude for my concerns knowing it's a 10 day refund wait.Never again

Every time I get a large hot& ready pepperoni pizza it's undercooked.
The food is excellent as always. Never fails. Everything is generally ready on time or within a couple minutes. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It usually seems a little understaffed. The place seems a little run down. The coolers are empty a lot. Overall it's worth it.
