No excuse for this place having no one paying attention to the front end.Kid-friendliness: Nothing but craziness, banging of windows. Felt like some place else, like a playground? Daycare? School?Parking: Two businesses. No proper accommodations for either. Especially for clients for next door. Either Amp up online and delivery or relocate.

It’s located on broad street that should say it all. They have kids running the business. I’ve ordered multiple times through the website and I never get exactly what I order due to them not having a product or some type of error on their end with following directions. Also, I order online to avoid a wait- I’ve always had to wait “8 more minutes “ or “it’ll be ready in 12 mins.” The staff should be retrained on certain things. If you’re running low on product or orders continuously are delayed someone should do something !!!
It is cheap pizza, but nice and hot. Clean inside and chill employees.

Waited 45 mins for 3 “hot and ready” pizzas. I don’t understand why they took forever ? Is it not suppose to be already made? Every time I come here they gotta make them. It’s ridiculous.

Poor customer service!!! These young men are playing LOUD derogative music so that we can hear. Calling themselves n!*#@$ and cussing back and forth. Meanwhile, there's a line and 6 customers in that little lobby waiting on their orders just staring at one another in utter disbelief and disgust. I'm appalled to know that they all still have a job there. Whoever is the manager of this particular store needs to do a better job at training these young people. They need to make sure they fully understand the morals, the ethics and the values of true customer service. It was clear as night and day that these delicate and oh so important attributes weren't properly embedded into their minds during training. Disgusted and embarrassed!

I ordered my pizza at 2:21pm went to pick it up at 2:50pm and they told they haven't received any orders, I showed them my receipt they said oh its gonna be done in 20 minutes like seriously? Kids with bad attitude and arguing each other
