Los Andes in Providence delivers an exemplary, standout dining experience from the moment you walk in. The space is huge, spacious, and extremely comfortable, yet still manages to feel vibrant and energetic—no surprise given how popular this place is. It gets very crowded, which tells you everything you need to know about its reputation.
From start to finish, both the service and food are exceptional. Every dish is delicious, creative, and truly different from anything else out there—this is not your standard dining experience. There’s a uniqueness to the flavors and presentation that keeps you engaged throughout the meal.
The value is equally impressive. Portion sizes are generous, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you’re getting, and the drinks are outstanding—well-crafted and perfectly paired with the menu.
Be sure to make a reservation—this place fills up quickly—and plan on using valet since parking is limited in the area. It’s a small trade-off for such a high-level dining experience.
A true must-visit destination in Providence.

This was my second time here and wow have they expanded the dining area and it looks beautiful.
The service was very good and our server was very friendly and engaging.
The food has always been very good both times I have come. My only disappointment for the menu was expecting to see Papa a la Huancaína. But they have so many other great selections.
Parking can be hard at this location so be prepared to
A) park on a side street and walk a little bit
B) take advantage of the valet and pay for the tip.
This isn't upscale but not casual either. So come dressed.

Traveled almost an hour to enjoy dinner with my family for my birthday and Los Andes did not disappoint! Every time I go back they have made some improvement, but who would have thought the service could improve??? The service we had was even better than past visits - and it wasn’t just our amazing server Leonardo who made us feel like royalty, it was all the other staff as well. Ceviche not to be missed, the 903 a classic, and every other dish our party ordered was an adventure into a part of the world I can only hope to visit one day. Until I can go to Peru or Bolivia, at least we have Los Andes’ - the food the music and the service. See you soon!

Man alive - this place is GREAT! We try to come a couple times per year. Food is always very consistent, drinks are always exceptional, and service is always off the charts. I cannot say enough good things about Los Andes! The owners are on top of their game setting the standard.
Our waiter this time was Franklin. The young man is a rock star! EVERY waiter / waitress should be a Franklin!!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, perfect amount of attention, and has a great personality.
We paid $50-$60 per person, BUT we had two cocktails each, Calamari app, two steak entrees, and two desserts.
Los Andes knows what they’re doing!!!

Waitress was great I sadly forgot her name but she was very sweet, food was good nothing wow factor, valet very unorganized which made leaving a disaster, also the added credit card fee just leaves a bad impression.

A family owned place and one of the nicest and most hospitable restaurants I have ever been too! Extremely nice staff (and I do need to highlight this again😊) that make you feel at home, absolutely delicious food and a very nice atmosphere! We had blackened salmon, cheviche, and passionfruit coconut cheesecake - AMAZING. Would recommend 100%!:)
