Don't judge a book by its cover ... would have never guessed from the outside how amazing this place was. Authentic food that was so flavorful and reasonably priced. So many options to chose from. Drinks were yummy! Place gets packed (& noisy) so reservations are a must! Will definitely go back once in Providence.

No surprise it's routinely rated among the best in New England. Absolute must if visiting Providence. The food is top notch - I'd start with the Antichuchos de Lomo, but you can't go wrong with any selection; very busy on a Saturday night but then the best places always are. The parking service was very handy in a downpour.

Waitstaff was phenomenal, drinks were delicious, appetizers were good. Main meal pollo los andes which is chicken, had maybe 6 pieces of chicken in the meal. My buddy had same issue. Its like they cubed a chicken tender into the meal.. very poor.

2nd visit to Los Andes, already planning a 3rd. Outstanding service, food and value. Were continuing with Los Andes added to our list of top choices among restaurants in the Providence region.

Having a number of food allergies, it can be challenging to dine out. The staff at Los Andes was very attentive to my allergies and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was phenomenal. The food was downright incredible - so fresh! The staff were also diligent about checking on the needs of the table and were so polite and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic meal and restaurant. We've eaten at a few really nice places in RI and this one goes to the top! Daniel and rest of staff were exceptional and the food was so tasty and unique in flavor and presentation. You MUST try this place!

The place was ok more hype than actually is. Service was ok drink were soft out of 10 people no one wanted to try a third one. Also no many options. Paella was good , the steaks were good, the salmon plate not so good. Overall the place was average. Would try again maybe in the summer time seems to have a good patio but for now not thinking about going back any time soon.

Fourth time here, always great and consistent. We travel up from the Cape Cod area, because it's one of our favorite restaurants. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Outstanding. From the moment you pull up to valet, until you leave, everyone makes you feel important, wants to make sure you are comfortable, have everything you want and need. The atmosphere, the food/drinks, the service are all top notch. Picking up our car at valet, he wanted to make sure we had a great time, brought the car around, opened both doors for us and had the heat blasting to make sure we were comfortable. We love it here and it is worth every penny.

When we arrived for our reservation, we were seated promptly despite the restaurant being very busy (our reservation was on Valentine's day weekend) and we were even given a choice between indoor and garden seating. We chose to dine in the garden. tables were insulated from the cold but offered an excellent view of the gorgeous garden and koi pond, and the snow falling around us. The setting offered a fair amount of privacy and noise level was comfortably low. Food, drinks, and service were all excellent. We are looking forward to returning!

My first date with my wife was at Los Andes. At least once or twice a year we return. AT this point it is almost guaranteed every year that the quality has decreased. Our waitress was fantastic. Aside from that, everything was mediocre or worse. My sirloin, ordered medium rare, came out medium well bordering on well, was gristly, and about as appetizing as shoe leather. When the manager came around our area to ask how everyone's meal was, he asked literally every single table but ours and we were dead in the middle. He even looked as he passed us. After years of complaining, my wife finally relented and allowed me to put Los Andes where it belongs... in the past. She really only ever came for the ceviche, and the ceviche I make is better anyhow.

I had been wanting to try Los Andres since last year and finally got a chance. Although we had a reservation we had to wait to be seated. The restaurant was busy but the staff was amazing. We skipped appetizers and order drinks and entrees. The drinks were perfect. The food was tasty but not memorable. I would definitely return during the summer.

It's was too beautiful. Me and my husband 3rd anniversary and his first time there we loved the service and the food was delicious . I highly recommended this place for any love birds looking for a special place to dine in.

The food was phenomenal. There are many good restaurants but the Cuisine at Los Andes is so unique. The flavors are so complex. The menu has good variety. The blood orange margarita and tres leches cake and were delicious. The service was top notch. We were greeted warmly and treated with courtesy. We will definitely be returning.
