Locals all seem to love the vibe and atmosphere here. They have Karaoke and when the drinks get going, people get to singing their heart out. Food is great, albeit not quite authentic mexican, it's more of a cross of mexican dishes with a touch of carribean spices/flavors. Keeping that in mind, the tacos al pastor (although devoid of pineapples) were seriously tasty, the grilled fish (tilapia) was on point and reminded us of a prior experience at a beachside shack in DR. If you are in the downtown providence area, drop in, it's worth the trip!

Poor cleaning, bad service, bad tasting food, a dirty place, dirty bathrooms... everything in this restaurant is a disappointment. The margaritas are the worst I've ever tasted.

Great place, when you’re there you feel like you’re traveling. Esthetic is great, atmosphere is great. Food was great, the service was great, the owner was there and was accommodating. Food was GREAT!

Food is fresh and delicious!!! The waitress was professional from beginning to end. I had a great time with my husband and toddler.

Waitress instead of splitting check wanted to divide total by 3, which would have had me paying double.

She didn't like having to divide the check and started getting rude. Plus she added HERSELF a 36% tip hoping customer wouldn't catch that and add more of a tip.

Food was good. Waitress needs to find a new line of work. Adding 36% tip is THEFT!

Needless to say, will never eat there again.

No! Not ever again. I did take out. Took way longer than it should have and when I asked about the order, the waitress didn't even realize the order was out sitting on the table. Didn't even ask if I wanted something to drink while waiting for my order. The shrimp was fresh, but I had to season the rice. And the beans? I don't know what that was- big yuck!

Excellent food, service, and value.

Did not have a good experience, drinks were watered down and chips were stale. They add an automatic gratuity which isn’t stated anywhere- very frustrating considering we had poor service. It took a very long time to get our drinks despite the place not being very busy and we also never got the waters we asked for. Ended up spending $90 for 4 drinks and one appetizer of chips and guac.
